Once I started…read moregetting more into it, I decided to check it out again and saw they had moved closer to the food court and they had way more selection. I'm still new to this genre so it's kind of overwhelming to a newbie. The customer service has always been amazing every time I've stopped in -- including online interactions. The store itself is very vibrant and cute. My first purchase, I bought merchandise for my cousin because she loves Kun from WayV and I was able to find a couple versions with him! They specifically offered one of the albums to me for the price they were going to sell during their Anniversary event which was so generous because I was unable to attend. They even let you choose 1 freebie per purchase which is really nice. I do feel the prices here can be steep but the WayV items I bought were a really decent price. After checking out both Kpop Station locations and Pop pop gifts, the customer service alone at The Kpop Empire makes me want to support this business instead. They are definitely more personable and accommodating. Bonus: They also informed me of the events they host for the community and I love that!

The last event we went to had bingo and trivia. They have a great selection of kpop groups. The prices are very fair as well. I couldn't recommend the store if you love K-pop.

I cannot speak highly enough of this business. I went in needing a personalized shirt on very…read moreshort notice. We sat down and designed a shirt from scratch and had it beautifully printed on a high quality t-shirt in under an hour. I'm sure that can't guarantee that kind of turn around all the time, but they clearly want to take care of their customers. I will be back!

Their website states they have no minimum order quantity, and claims, "From one T-shirt to 10,000,…read morewe've got you covered". Well, if you are looking to have just one item printed, expect to be treated like they don't give a sh*t about you. I had to call and email them several times just to get a reply, and then they just stopped replying all together. If they had initially simply said they're not interested in doing such a small order, fine, at least that way I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get them just to respond. But when they let you know they don't want your business by just ignoring you, while at the same time claiming they've "got you covered" no matter how small your order is, well that's just irritating. So, my advice is, if you are looking for a local print shop to do a small order, don't bother wasting your time with Banksii. I recommend Pork Chop Printing in SODO. They were happy to print my shirt (even on very short notice) and were very responsive. Edit: The owner's response to my review is very inaccurate. It is true that I said I had decided to not go ahead with the order (which I decided mainly due to his lack of responsiveness to my emails/calls leading up to that point), but a couple days later I decided I would give them another chance. So I called and left them a voicemail but never received a reply. I then sent them an email, to which they also never replied. I then tried using the chat feature on their website and never received a reply to that either (it claims that they reply to chat messages within one hour). So his claim that "All email were answered" is total BS. As far as his claim that "All of our services on the website list minimum order quantities, except vinyl", while it is true that it says that on the individual pages linked under their "Services" page, the FRONT PAGE of their website says, again, "No minimum" and "From one T-shirt to 10,000, we've got you covered". So, like the owner's response to my review, their website is very misleading. So not only are they obviously not interested in your business if your order is small, but they apparently are dishonest, too.

This new location is double in size and features larger bike shop center, ski shop, and gear/apparel options. There are more community rooms for classes. I came here in search of a ski jacket and gloves for an upcoming trip. There's definitely more selections and I easily found the gear that'll fit my needs. Prices are reasonable and they have seasonal sales to help entice shoppers. The line to check out was rather long as there was only 2 check out counters open. The cashier was friendly. Being a co-op member, I was able to apply this purchase towards my rewards. What I like about being a co-op member is the ability to return products within 365 days from purchase. Though I've never availed of this benefit, it's great to have as a perk.

I recently ordered some shoes online but they didn't fit quite right. I went to the store to return them (which they make quite easy at the counter), expecting to be credited and then go back online and order the size I needed. Instead, associate Cathy offered to place that order for me right there, and even found a sale code to apply to save me about $20. She was friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile for me. My only complaint about the store is that I found the selection of women's cycling clothing to be sorely lacking.
