Frantically searching for a trophy engraving on a Tuesday was not on my bingo card…read more I had ordered a trophy plate for an event from a online vendor and it arrived in a much smaller size. With two days until the event I was under a pretty tight time crunch. I ended up calling a variety of engraving companies across Orange County for a rush order. Manuel came to my rescue with a same day print job! I stopped by the Noack offices to place the order and we instantly went to work. He had the new plaque printed in under 10 minutes and saved my afternoon. Someone needs to get this man a trophy. Truly a five-star experience.

I needed a last-minute glass or acrylic award for a retirement party that was only two days away,…read moreand Awards & Trophies Co. came through in a big way. I emailed them a logo image, explained what I needed, and they handled the rest, including professionally etching a retirement message. The award was completed within hours on glass. The entire process was easy from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, affordable, and delivered exactly what they promised. I'll definitely be returning for future awards, both professionally and personally. What surprised me most was the breadth of products they offer. While picking up the award, I noticed their expertise goes well beyond trophies and plaques. I was especially impressed by their selection of custom wood and steel pens and other personalized items. It's the kind of business you don't realize you need until you need it. From what I could see, they do much of their work in-house and keep inventory on hand, which likely helps them deliver such quick turnaround times. If you're looking for quality work, great service, and fast results, I highly recommend Awards & Trophies Co.

We discussed the job and I was told they would be ready by the following Tuesday. OK, sounds great. Just as we were finishing the paperwork, he gave me a quote of $35 each. Pretty ridiculous for a 2 by 3-inch placard with 7 letters engraved, and the second 1/2" by 1 inch with three characters. Those are f### y## prices for a job he apparently didn't really want to do, but I needed them done sooner than promised and agreed to Tuesday anyway. I heard nothing so called mid-morning Tuesday and was told, "it's on my work list to finish today." That was the last communication, and I had to initiate it. I ended up going to T&T Nameplate / Cable Markers on north Alton the following afternoon where I got two of each placard done for $35 total, and finished just after their opening time the next morning. Obviously there are people happy with South Coast, but I'd never walk in their door again.
