Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

Kyle and Victor are truly amazing people who go above and beyond to help others, especially those in need. Their business model is built on genuine care and integrity: they do their best to help every customer, and it shows. People are literally towing their cars from places like Fairfield and Vacaville because this team is so trusted, honest, and reliable. Word of mouth like that doesn't happen by accident! What stands out most is how patient and knowledgeable they are. They answer every question thoroughly, without any pushy overselling or unprofessional tactics. No sexism, no pressure--just straightforward, respectful help. Whether you're driving a luxury car or something more modest, they treat you exactly the same, with dignity and kindness. If you can't afford full service, they'll happily help you source parts and give solid DIY advice so you can handle it yourself. That's rare these days! They're incredibly responsive, quick replies, never lazy, and always eager to help. I especially appreciated how they pull all the cars inside for safety during closing hours. When we needed a rental car after our accident, they immediately connected us with the Enterprise location right down the street and made the setup easy. Plus, they even have attorneys who step in to make sure insurance companies pay out fairly when you're the claimant. That level of support took so much stress off our plate! From start to finish, every part of the communication and service was top-notch. If you're in the Sacramento area (or willing to travel), do yourself a favor and go here. Kyle, Victor, and the whole team--thank you for restoring not just cars, but faith in honest business. Highly, highly recommend! The first time I brought my car in to fix an engine light issue with my oxygen sensor on my Honda accord, he helped recommend a better brand and was honest and helpful. I now have brought my CX5 to him multiple times already for his expert opinion on different issues and for regular maintenance. He's always very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and willing to share his knowledge and expertise. Recently, I brought in a long list of items to be fixed from the dealership, and he was honest in what he thought needed to be done more urgently vs not, and his prices were also much more reasonable. He was kind enough to help me as well with replacing my car battery and windshield wipers. If you're looking for a trusted honest knowledgeable mechanic who is also very friendly and easy to chat with, Victor is your guy!

AUDIO916 -- THIS IS WHAT A REAL PROFESSIONAL SHOP LOOKS LIKE…read more I waited years to finally put a high-quality radio system into one of my vehicles. I wanted it done once, done right, and done by somebody who actually cared about the finished product. My first stop was a highly recommended Sacramento-area shop. They had my project hanging around for nearly two months before ultimately telling me they couldn't get the installation done. I tried another highly rated shop after that. Nothing particularly wrong happened, but after talking with them, I just didn't have that feeling that made me comfortable handing over my vehicle and a couple thousand dollars. Then one afternoon I walked into Audio916. Before I had even spoken with Sean, I overheard him talking to another customer who wanted an inexpensive off-brand radio installed. Sean explained that he simply doesn't operate that way. What caught my attention was essentially this: "I only install high-quality equipment. I'm not going to put something in your vehicle that I wouldn't put in my own." That told me everything I needed to know. When it was my turn, I explained what had happened with the other shops. Sean wasn't intimidated by the installation for one second. No BS. No sales pitch. No scratching his head. He knew exactly what needed to be done, explained the equipment he recommended, explained why, and gave me an extremely fair price. A few days later, he called and said all the parts were in. I dropped off my 2017 Ford Expedition. One day later, I picked it up. When I saw the finished installation, it was honestly like Christmas morning. The radio looks like Ford installed it at the factory. The fit and finish are absolutely flawless. Everything is clean, solid and integrated properly. I've gone over the installation looking for something--anything--I could criticize. I can't find it. That is craftsmanship. Sean and Audio916 have earned a customer for life. In an era where everybody wants to sell you something, it is refreshing to find somebody who takes genuine pride in his work and cares about what leaves his shop. Honest. Knowledgeable. Confident. Fair. Meticulous. They don't make many guys like Sean anymore. If you're anywhere in the Sacramento area and you're considering upgrading your vehicle's audio or electronics, do yourself a favor and go talk to Audio916 before you go anywhere else. In my experience, this isn't just one of the better shops in Sacramento. It's the shop I wish I had gone to first. 100% legit. 100% recommended.
