Unfortunately, the ski mask I purchased ripped while putting it on. The next morning, I returned for an exchange or refund, but the young lady working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. She claimed it was my fault and that they aren't responsible once the product leaves the store since it was made in a different warehouse. Despite the products not being made by the shop, I believe they should stand by their merchandise and provide better customer service, such as offering refunds or exchanges. I wouldn't recommend this shop due to the unpleasant experience, especially with the woman working there. She was very rude and nonchalant. Shop elsewhere!

However, Big Bee is none of those things, so it appears it's got me expanding my reviewing horizons! I popped by here on my way out of Niagara to grab a couple of drinks for the ride home and was pleasantly surprised! They have some awesome drink deals (2 for 1 priced energy drinks, 0.99 for Red Rain cans, just over a buck for Fiji water!), as well as a really nice variety of drinks! From obscure drinks, to generic pops, to a rainbow of energy drinks, to Faygo, this little Big Bee has it all. The candy prices aren't jacked up like many convenience stores either, and the Fuzzy Peaches we bought didn't taste like they had been sitting there for over a year, which is always a good thing :p I noticed Big Bee also has submarines and other assorted fresh items, but I didn't try any of them. Customer service was super warm and friendly. It's a little cramped inside, but cramped with sweets & goodness of that sort, so forgivable ;) Great place to pop by if you're looking to pick up some generic convenience store items. I am a fan!

Seneca has a strong hold on the area just outside the tourist district. Not a bad thing, just noticeable. The lot for the gas station was big and prices seemed to be on par for the area. This also houses a Dunkin' in side for your coffee fix or if you wanted to grab a few donuts. I came in with the first thing on my mind, facilities. They are single person use only and I had to wait a bit. The door finally came open and the guy before me came out. Odd, no noise when he was in here...because he did not flush. Wasn't here to visit another person's kids. Aside from that, the facilities were clean. When I was finished with that I came out and started to browse the coolers. I wasn't seeing anything in the main coolers that was going to quench my thirst. Then I noticed the multiple mini coolers throughout the store. I saw one that had nothing but water in it and grabbed one. Pricing here is what is great. A buck for a big bottle of water would keep me coming back. Tobacco needs may not be met here as they only have their brand.

Even though it's not right in the Clifton Hill area it is still packed with out of towners like me and locals. We actually had to wait for a parking spot because the lot is so full. Everywhere outside the lot you have to pay for parking, hence the traffic in the lot. The liquor prices aren't bad and they will accept USD, and credit. I'm not sure about debit, what I do know is they wouldn't accept my Discover card. Normally I use Amex but they're charging international rates, so the hell with them on this trip. Today I used cash and the clerk made the exchange and provided change in CA currency. I picked out a 200 ml bottle of Crown Royal which costly about 11 USD, not best, but still cheaper than what you're going to get at any restaurant here. I'll probably pop back in here one more time before we go to the NY side. I'm sure we will need another night out on the town, and that whiskey is unbelievably good on a cold night.

This Walgreens has lost or messed up 3 of 7 prescriptions that we have had called in over the last 4 months. One, I went through the drive thru and they said they didn't have it. So I called the pediatrician's office and they said they called it in. I went inside to double check and the guy behind the counter found that it was in there but had been deleted for some reason. One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. It was just prescription strength vitamin D. I went back in the next day and they claimed they never had the third prescription. After this last time I have change pharmacies. I would not recommend this pharmacy.
