They didn't have any reviews yet and were not rated. I must say this was such a pleasant experience the gentleman behind the counter let me try all the juices and gave me the history of the company which I thought was absolutely amazing. They use all natural products and have a deal when you buy 3 30 mil. Bottles it's only 30 dollars. This was also near Easter time and they had a thing where you picked an Easter egg opened it up and I happened to get a free bottle of eJuice. I will definitely be back to them when I move to the East Coast.

Upon arriving at the store the store employee who was very nice was talking with me and I told him about how I received a discount from the online store which was great! The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he's encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn't warrantied wouldn't you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong. Instead I was told "we can't do anything about it no more" and they promptly ended the discussion. Highly disappointed as I thought the shop and store employee were great and had a nice selection, but I will not give my business to a company who disregards its paying customers so flippantly.

I wish they sold SMOK brand replacement coils, the 0.15mhm size that comes in a 5-pack. They're getting harder & harder to find online, and I suspect that a business may have more opportunities to order them than an individual would, sort of how hair salons can easily bulk-order designer shampoo but a customer would not be able to direct from the manufacturer.
