Might need them to design my place. The owner is a gem. A quiet modest and humble woman. He work speaks for itself. My sis normally gets her hair done here and so does my mom. This was the first time my son got his hair cut in here. We only had to wait about 10 mins before he sat in the chair. I am more than satisfied with his cut. My poor baby boy hair line has been jacked up from birth and most people can not line it up right. The barber took his time perfecting my sons hair. Almost thought he was getting married for a sec. (Pic #1) I scheduled an appointment with Tre on May 14 for June 28th (a whole month+ in advance!!) . This is not the first time she has done this where, a couple of days before the appointment (or on the day of) she'll try to change the appointment day or time and I am left to try to accommodate her (as I have no choice because I am usually about to go on vacation and did not schedule a backup eyelash appointment), and I always schedule way in advance. This time, (#2)a couple of days prior to my appt, she asks if I can come earlier, which I couldn't due to having other earlier appts. So I tell her I can come later in the day. I had to follow up with her for 2 days just for her to keep the same day/time. (#3)The day of the lash appt comes and like clockwork, shes asking if I can come earlier or that evening. I tell her evening because again.. I have other earlier appointments to keep. (#4)I follow up with her that evening and she now changes the appointment to the next day which I DID NOT want because I was braiding my hair, and hair braiding can take all day. I purposely left that day just for getting my hair done. (#5-6)You'll see that she promised me that no matter what she will do my lashes and even offer a discount for all the rescheduling , even if it's late at night. I was leaving for my trip literally the next early morning so that night was the last opportunity I had to get my lashes done, and by this point it was way too last minute to schedule an appointment somewhere else. (#7)On the day of the hair braiding, I could barely reach Tre at all! I finally called at some point and she answered and told me that she thought I was on my way? I'm not sure why she would think that when I never texted her that. She said she will call me back but she did not. After getting my hair done, I continued calling and just went straight to the shop for them to tell me that she was not even there anymore. (#8) I texted Tre after going all the way to shop for nothing, just to get ANOTHER apology. (#9) this is a prior appointment where again she changed the time/date a couple of days before. I will not be coming back, the lack of professionalism and just courtesy for clients had been soo disheartening. My time and effort in making an appointment way ahead was simply not respected. I would not recommend to anyone.

I clearly told the lady who I spoke with, which I believe is the owner, that he needed a hair cut and trimming on his beard if possible at 11am because he works at 12. We arrived exactly at 11am and the stylist wasn't there because they confused his appointment times. She lives down the block and before she arrived I repeatedly asked if she does trimming on beard. He didn't want her to line it up or anything just to trim it. She repeatedly stated that the stylist would arrive shortly. After asking her if she could call the stylist to save both her and my boyfriend time by asking if she actually trims hair, the owner seemed to get pretty mad. Then when she finally decided to call she made a remark about going to barbershop, I walked out. I know I could go to a barber but he prefers salons. Talk about customer service and keeping your clients happy. Definitely lost me as a customer and like they say bad recommendations spread faster than referrals.
