He knows how to control a large crowd (300+) in English and Vietnamese. I didn't have a planner, so he helped us with the timeline of the night. And when we were running behind on entrance photos, he helped me cut off the line. The entrance photos took a lot out of me, and I was drained, but once he started hyping up the crowd, he was hyping me up as well just with his voice through the curtain!!
