    First time renting from this location. They didn't have any vehicles available initially when I…read moreneeded one. One became available in the afternoon. The car was in poor condition. Dents and scratches everywhere. They said I could bring it back in the AM for a different vehicle. I did the walk around and pointed out the dents I could see. I drove to my office, then my house where the car was parked in a garage. When I returned the vehicle the next morning, they said there is a new dent that wasn't previously documented and it is now my responsibility to get it fixed. I would not rent from them as this clearly was just a way to get the vehicle fixed on my dime.

    I do rent through this location often but today was disappointing. I have used the same I.D and…read moredebit card for the past 8 months of renting with no changes or complications. Today when I went in I was told I would need two pieces of mail verifying my address on my I.D. with one having to be a utility bill because I was using a debit card. I did ask if the process was new because I haven't had to do that and don't have mail with me. I was told by a gentleman there that it looks like a previous address was in the system and the verification was never done for my stated address on my I.D...and was told that someone from the location called and left me a voicemail 2 days prior saying I needed to bring two forms to verify my address. I have no voicemail from them and if I knew the number they called with I would had looked to see if they called too. The thing that had me so confused was I have always used the same information each time I've booked previously. This literally has to be my 4th time if not more renting from them in 8 months as I said. So now I'm searching and pulling up verifications kind of having a panic attack because I'm on a time frame for a trip. The ways to verify my address was through a paystub, insurance declaration, utility bill, etc. and one of the verifications has to be a utility bill because I'm using a debit card. I show them one verification and I ask to make sure I had to have a utility bill because I live with my mom and not sure if my name is listed on any utilities but I was hoping possibly the electric because I do pay that as part of my contribute. When looking at a recent bill I could not find my name on the statements so I call my mom and she says she doesn't have me listed on any utilities. So I ask again if it had to be a utility bill and I'm told yes or I would have to use a credit card. That's as far as they went to help. I am only upset about this because it was cut and dry and I felt blindsided at the time of my pick up. I was left to leave with no rental, no accommodation. I took it upon myself to call the customer service line to see if I could get help because I did not want to cancel my trip for something like this. The customer service agent was very understanding and read off options that I could verify my address and reached out to the district manager to see if they could get in contact with the location manager for me to be able to use another form of verification. I knew the chance with that all happening on a Friday with the location closing in a hour and a half was slim but really tried to stay hopeful because I planned for my trip and really wanted to go. I have rented here for a while always brought their vehicles back in one piece with no issues, always paid for their insurance to make sure the rental was fully protected to their standards, and recommended the company to others. Unfortunately, I never received a call back tonight and although I am appreciative of the agent I did want to state this compliant because of how inconvenient it was. I had so many other options with my name and address attached to it and it came down to a utility bill of a home I don't own or "rent". A very disappointing evening :/

    I've rented from this location on three separate occasions while in town over the past 3-4 months…read more I know a lot of the reviews are saying how their experiences while dealing with this location was terrible, but that wasn't my experience, the first, second, or third time which is why I've continued to use them. But my 4th time using them was a bit bumpy, most likely my last. I know they have policies that they follow, but if you've used them in the past, the most recent being less than three weeks ago. I was traveling alone, which Is usually the case just like the previous three times, but the Lady at the desk wasn't very helpful at all, and I know they probably have to deal with a lot but not every customer is the same. Even a guy inside who she was speaking with her when I walked up to her about my reservation which I've started chatting within the meantime, was more pleasant than she was. He even asked if there was something a manager could assist with and her reply to him was its headquarters or higher up, I can't remember. But she showed no interest in willing to help or even ask someone else, and I was honestly trying not to get upset at the situation and tired. I just left it at that was told my reservation would fall off, and no charges applied. At the same time, I wait for my bags. I'm now trying to figure out getting my things and getting off the airport, which if you've been to this airport you would know how that can be. I then reached out to someone seeing my options, who suggested to have her contact a manager and have them tell you there's no other option. Still, at t this point, I was exhausted hadn't slept more than 2 hours all day prior early morning flight at 5 am. My body was running on empty; I was over it. FYI: If you don't have pickup scheduled in advance, finding an Uber or Lyft will take you a long time from this airport location. And even scheduling one in advance DONT guarantee you'll get one. It took me almost 45 minutes to get one to take me less than 5 miles away, which is about 10 min drive

    Never ever use this car rental! I picked up the car at Budget rental (which I've had trouble with…read morethem before) the front desk person was rude, got no paperwork got the keys got my luggage and I realized they did not tell me where the car was, it was 20 degrees out and sleet. I tried to use the alarm on the car, it did not work. I walked back inside and they were gone! There was noone there in that airport to help me. After another hour I found the car. It was not prechecked. Did not have a full tank of gas, lights started coming up on the dash, low tires, needed an oil change ect. I called the corporate office to complain and they said they would give me three days free, fine. Sent me an email stating 3 free days. The bill just came on my credit card its for the full amount! When I called now they say the 3 days is for my next car rental! This just uncalled for! I will never use this company again! And I would suggest you do the same!

So as I pulled into work, I was asked if I'd help return two cars. Said yes, got off my motorcycle and jumped right into the rental - leaving my brand new helmet in the back seat. We returned the cars at Budget and left. Back at work 35 min later I discovered my mistake. I'd left my helmet in the car. I returned immediately to Budget. But can you guess? The helmet was no longer in the car. The car had been moved to be washed. Of course, NO ONE ever saw the helmet - perhaps I'd left it somewhere else! Three people touched the car in the hour that I'd left it with Budget. One of them is a thief. I'd advise you to look to ANY of the other car rental companies there at the airport. Can you guess which one my business doesn't use anymore? All they had to do was say, "Yes! We found that helmet." Huge financial mistake.
