It was in itself a very stressful trip because of the reasons for our trip and also because our plane was delayed and we were really tired... but what a wonderful experience I had at National! They treated us with such kindness and were so willing to help us find the right car, at the right price, for our trip! Actually we got a fantastic car for an amazing prize. She was so full of her power she neglected to remember the customer. We had a problem with our Travelocity booking. She kept saying she was sold out and had no cars available. It took us one full hour to solve this and it involved corporate to call the manager and the manager to call Nicole. She did not try to assist us in any way. Just kept saying "no cars available". Funny how that car appeared after the phone calls. Bravo to Travelocity for standing behind their booking and helping us to solve the problem. Never Hertz again.

They always treated us nice and their service was spot on. They knew our names and were great people. I am not sure what happened, but after their expansion at the Civic Center Street expansion, things changed. You became a number and most of the previous front desk people were gone. They didn't become rude or unfriendly, they just didn't seem to care as much, at least that was my perception. On one of my appointments one of their employees, told me that that I had a problem with one of my front hydraulics or breaks? I just had my car serviced at the dealership and I told him, that I wanted to bring it back first, before any more work was done. The dealership confirmed that there was nothing wrong and I drove the car as normal without any issues. We all make mistakes, so I wasn't to concerned about it. I needed to have my winter tires put on, which are already on rims. In the past it was done without wait or hesitation. Now I am being told that I had to wait a week. Today my front tire went flat and I stopped by to have it fixed. I was told they can't fix it until next week? I don't know what happened since the expansion, maybe they got to busy and too big.

Been going there ever since! Jerry runs a tight ship! I love these guys!! They always take care of me. Very honest about any repairs. Never any bad vibes. They fix what's broken. No strange charges. No high pressure upselling or scare tactics. They are knowledgeable and if they can save you some money, they often do! But the work is still top notch in my experience. Best shop in town! I love my car and sometimes ask them to replace stuff that might go soon. They always say "we'll take a look!" and most of the time they come back and tell me "we can do it if you want, but the part looks in great shape, it's simply not needed". I trust them, and they don't let me down. Best shop in town. Good people! If you're new to town and need a place to go, I'd highly recommend them. They will likely be your new mechanic for life.
