When I pulled up, we were greeted with, "You are late and we are charging you a late fee!" It caught me off guard to be greeted in this manner. I explained to the young girl that I picked up the care at 1pm and paid for a full 8 days and that usually means returning the next day by 1pm was still fully paid. I am bringing it back using only 5 hours on the last day. She immediately shot back and said "you stated 6pm on your return time and it is 7:04pm and I am charging you 2 hours late". When I said, "Serious?' She said, "Yeah I am serious, you heard me". I asked for a manager to speak with and she said I could call or go inside. I was on my way to catch a flight and had no time to go to the rental car desk and find a manager. Hopefully, someone sees this and can help with the customer service on the return side of the business. I know some of these young kids are not used to talking to adults, but if you do not know how to speak to customers, do not put these employees in those positions.

Rented a vehicle to drive my son home from college. I was told that the car was being cleaned and the items must be in lost and found but the lost amd found person had gone home for the evening with the key. I returned the next day and after waiting an hour I was told the lost and found oerson was out sick. She remained out for the next five days and I cycled through various managers who promised to get back to me. On Tuesday (7 days later) I was told no items had been turned in and that they would open a claim and check the cameras and get back to me within 24 hours. No return call, no update. I called today and they made the mistake of picking up the phone. I identified who I was and explained why I was calling amd was met with "Oh I can't really hear you, I'll call you back." Then the lady hung up and didn't answer again. So not only are we going to take things that are left in the vehicle, they are going to be super unprofessional. Think carefully before you spend your money here.

I needed a rental car in a pinch (think- need to get to a work meeting in Tampa and realize I have a flat tire). Luckily, this spot was close and when I called they said they had availability. I got there and quickly was set up with a car. Emily walked around the car with me to check and document any pre-existing damage. We also chatted because I'm me. And Emily was a joy. I returned the car and Zach let me know that if I chose the option to have them fill the tank when I returned it at the beginning it would have been cheaper, but upon returning it was over $5/gallon, but the car was a hybrid and it still made sense for me.
