Made an online reservation and was left a voicemail less than 50 minutes from when I was due to collect the vehicle I booked saying they had no vehicles available. Happy to take payment immediately yet I'm waiting 10-14 working days for a refund. No alternative offered or any solutions like going to another branch, smaller van etc. This has left me out of pocket without a van on the day I need it and incredibly frustrated at the whole experience. I then receive an email stating there had been a van booked in Sheffield. I live in Nottingham, what the hell is wrong with this service! Called again to obviously cancel this to be told there are no hire cars in Nottingham despite them having 3 offices in Nottingham. Absolute waste of time, money and energy! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I expected a man in a suit, and hat etc, Secondly he didn't have a clue where he was going so went the wrong way at high speed! It was the scariest ride ever! Got stuck 3 times on bridges he couldn't get over! Thirdly we ended up abandoning the limo and asking a local garage to get us to the wedding on time! A 45 minute journey took 90 minutes and the bride had to be driven around the block till we turned up!! I have contacted them and asked for compensation or at the very least an apology and they have totally blanked me!! Disgusting.. Totally ruined the whole experience!, never again

i used these a couple of years ago for my 18th birthday, had original booked a limo that cost me…read more£150 for one hour into town, was told a few days before that limo wasn't available but that they would upgrade for free, when it actually came to the limo arriving it was a porsche cayenne one of the most expensive in their fleet and at no extra cost, so even when there was a problem they resolved it and in my favour!, i have to say they were fantastic the driver was brilliant, it was lovely and clean inside had the music and lights going and it deffinately kicked my birthday off in style i would truly recommend this company to anyone.
