Booked this limo for myself (mother of the bride) 5 bridesmaids my 88 year old mum & 8 year old flower girl, Firstly the driver was scruffy! I expected a man in a suit, and hat etc, Secondly he didn't have a clue where he was going so went the wrong way at high speed! It was the scariest ride ever! Got stuck 3 times on bridges he couldn't get over! Thirdly we ended up abandoning the limo and asking a local garage to get us to the wedding on time! A 45 minute journey took 90 minutes and the bride had to be driven around the block till we turned up!! I have contacted them and asked for compensation or at the very least an apology and they have totally blanked me!! Disgusting.. Totally ruined the whole experience!, never again read more

i used these a couple of years ago for my 18th birthday, had original booked a limo that cost me £150 for one hour into town, was told a few days before that limo wasn't available but that they would upgrade for free, when it actually came to the limo arriving it was a porsche cayenne one of the most expensive in their fleet and at no extra cost, so even when there was a problem they resolved it and in my favour!, i have to say they were fantastic the driver was brilliant, it was lovely and clean inside had the music and lights going and it deffinately kicked my birthday off in style i would truly recommend this company to anyone. read more

The company is a bunch of con men, i ordered a limo for my partners 30th they were 20 mins late which made us late for the surprise meal i had booked with friends and family, they sent the wrong limo, the cd player in the car was faulty and kept jamming, there was lipstick all over the glasses for the free drink, the driver didnt know where he was going and went the wrong way into town which ment we had to get out and walk to remaining 10 minutes to our destination, the driver was rude and incompetant and never appologised for been late. what a shambles, i tried to ring for 2 weeks after to make a complaint but the manager was always too busy, not in or on the phone i was told everyday he would ring me back but he didnt i then took legal action and got a solicitor involved and they are still ignorning letters from my solicitor it will be interesting to see if they ignore the court date when it comes through, PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF read more
