We came in Friday and spoke to a Mr. Tavaraus Wade and he let us know he couldn't make any reservations at the moment as there really were no cars in stock, but to come by Saturday morning and he would have a car ready for us. We stopped by Saturday morning as soon as they opened and there car lot seemed EXTRA full. Mr. Wade was there and ready to rent us out a car. we asked for a basic sedan and got a spacious small SUV for the same price! Awesome! Even through the rain, Mr. Wade walked/ran us to the car to give us a quick run through on the contract and sign some paper work and we were on our way! the whole process didn't even take 10 minutes, it was absolutely amazing. We were able to go on our trip, and come back Sunday morning for drop off with no problem. Quick and easy! I will never ever ever rent a car from any other location or rental agency as far as this Enterprise is open and exceeding expectations as they have done so far. This left me completely stuck, forced to search for another rental at the last minute, which is stressful, inconvenient, and unacceptable when you trust a company to honor a reservation. What's the point of booking in advance if the reservation doesn't actually guarantee the vehicle? The lack of accountability, the poor communication, and the inconvenience this caused makes me seriously reconsider ever using Enterprise again. I expected better professionalism and reliability. I needed a car for a week since I returned my lease a few weeks ago, and was planing to renew week after week as long as needed until I find the deal I want for my next lease car. Also, I was getting a second car for my girlfriend... Many times I have being offered/given a free upgrade because they don't have the exact car I rented. The latest case was last week at Copenhagen, I rented a basic (manual) car and was upgraded to a BMW automatic at no additional charge. That's definitely a 5 starts experience. So now that I was planing to keep this rental for an undefined number of weeks I asked the rep Nick Gillette for a complimentary upgrade and his replay was "not possible without paying more". So I cancel my second reservation and I'm driving this stupid Nissan Versa for a week. I will returned for sure and find a different Hertz location for future reservations. The location at SW 36 ST and 72 AVE has being more graceful to me in the past. In a positive note I will say this Bird Road Location looks very clean, ample and well located. Have 4 representatives stations but only one was working and I waited 15 min to be helped. Conclusion, I had an average experience and will likely go somewhere else in the future.

One guy is on the phone, the other guy keeps popping in & out or a back office, & "our" guy finally reappears after 15 min with a vac. Mind you, I had TOLD them the moment we arrived that we had brunch reservations & were in a hurry... this went in one ear & out the other because the could not have been any slower if they tried. It was almost comical (but not really because we were starving). I had to push back our reservation not once but twice because they took SO long to clean the car. I don't know about you, but if you have someone picking up a car at 11, wouldn't it occur to you to start cleaning it BEFORE they arrive?!? I was sooooo annoyed. Will definitely NEVER be back to this spot but I hope they get their shit together because their "service" is appalling...

This young lady was likely an Indonesia or the Philippines or someplace like that. She was absolutely clueless and she wanted to transfer me to somebody else at which point I just hung up the phone and left. I will never spend another dollar at Hertz again the rest of my life and I will encourage others to do the same.
