worst car rental ever! Use enterprise by any means, they genuinely wanna help and take care of any type of issues you run into. I rented a car from Budget while on a trip and the car was hit when it was parked and no one in it. I was able to get the other persons insurance information along with a police report for the damage. Right away I notified Budget and they asked for all documentation, which led me to believe it was going to be taken care of. Wrong, even when dropping off the car at the airport gave all required documentation for the accident. About two months later they sent me a bill for around $1,000 dollars. I called Budget about the accident and was told I needed to go through their third party "investigation" department. Again, sent all required documentation to the third party and was told it would be taken care of. Well was not and got another notice and called in just to be told the prior person did not submit any of the files I sent, and would be needed to be done again. Long behold this person lied too and they sent the bill to collections and Viking the collection department was the one who took care of everything and got the bill covered by the insurance. if you want someone to try and sabotage your credit score Avis/Budget is the place to go with as fast as you return that car they will ruin your credit! i had to do a lot of leg work and that's the only reason companies like this do these actions, they know they will get the money from the customer or a debt collector will buy the debt for less. They are in a win win situation, while we as the consumer are left with a debt that is not ours to pay and possible work on getting negative remarks removed from credit report.

I had a reservation made to rent a vehicle. When I went to pick it up the person behind the desk didn't even look it up. Next when I went to pay after getting some weird looks I had just got off of work... I went to pay and magically they "don't take debit cards" which is funny as their corporate run website states "some locations do not" and New Hampshire is one which is NOT listed. I called costumer service and they wanted to send me to Methuen Massachusetts instead. Needless to say I had to cancel my plans due to " company policy" which is NOT stated and costumer service was not helpful either as they do not care about the consumer and I highly doubt the owner of this franchise does either.

First time ever using Avis. My company switched our rental car company from Hertz to Avis. Due to my Avis Preferred status - I skip the Avis counter in the terminal and proceed directly to the Avis booth in the rental car garage. It's a short jaunt out an interior walkway (complete with moving walkways - although some of the slowest I've ever seen). There were two customers in line in front of me when I arrived - but I only has to wait about 2 minutes to get my keys and contract and I was on my way! Upon return, I pulled right in - the Avis agent was immediately there processing my return - and e-mailed my receipt to me and I was on my way!

Absolutely no one in line, yet customer service agents won't help us.

I have been renting…read morecars form Enterprise at the Manchester, NH airport for years and I have to say...once again, the experience was exceptional. Bright, cheery, helpful attendants and counter staff are the standard not only at this location but seemingly ALL Enterprise locations. So, we are big fans of the Enterprise rental experience. As mentioned earlier, I've been renting from this particular location for years. And, what amazes me continually is how while the people change....the experience never does. The other day I met new intern Patrick Barry. True to form, Patrick was greeting me with a genuine "happy to be here" smile....complete knowledge of my reservation ...and a desire to get me into my rental car as quickly and on my way as fast as possible - all while being friendly, polite, and helpful. Once again, 3 month intern Patrick Barry reaffirmed my positive impression of the Enterprise car rental experience. Congrats to the Manchester location and its management for creating a culture of service that genuinely elevates the guest experience and teaches its newest hires the fine art of customer service. Continue that tradition and you will always have my business. Well done. Again.

Want to modify the drop-off location?? Hm..... hm..... that's a tough one. There's literally only two variabilities of a car rental. But.... hm..... maybe speak to someone in customer service. But hmm..... they'll have to get in touch with the Manchester location. But not on the phone. They'll need to message them. They'll call you back when they can. But hmm.... three separate calls and 5 hours later but still no call back. No way of reaching a human. Hmm.... so you want to change the location. Hmm... Yeah I don't know. That sounds too complicated. I don't know how to help you, sir.

Do not waste your time with these people. I was told that I couldn't pick up the car using the card…read morethat I have even though just four months ago I rented three separate cars at the airport location with the exact same card. OK fine no big deal I had booked it through Priceline. I called Priceline as soon as I left Priceline immediately canceled it and refunded me the $54 that I had paid Through Priceline. I have all the bank statements they refunded me the same day now the same card they told me they couldn't use and couldn't charge was already on my Hertz online profile. When I went to pick the rental up, I never inserted or tapped my card and anything as soon as I took it out of my wallet they said they couldn't take it. OK fine I left I ended up going to enterprise. 3 1/2 days after the rental there's a charge to that same card for the exact amount of the rental. I reach out to customer support via the app and am told it's just a pending charge. It'll fall right off tomorrow and I was like OK but how did that charge get made because I never inserted or tap to my card they told me they couldn't accept it and couldn't charge it. They couldn't explain that to me then the very next day it went from pending to an actual charge called them back again. They tried telling me the same thing that it was just an authorization and I said no this is not a pending charge. It has been processed through. They asked me to send them proof. I sent pictures of the bank statement and they opened a case over the next eight days emails back-and-forth from customer support several of them telling me that they couldn't even find the charge that there wasn't a charge and three separate occasions I was asked to send the pictures of my bank statement again I sent all of them still not getting any answers. No one could even tell me why I was charged or even where the charge was on August 14 I called the one 800 number because I tried to call the airport location every single day starting the sixth and guess what no one answered the phone not even once in eight days and we're talking multiple phone calls a day. The woman from the one 800 number was great. She found the charge immediately and proceed to tell me that it's a no-show fee and I said a no-show fee but I showed up and was refused the rental. How is that? A no-show fee and the reservation was canceled I have screenshots And pictures from the cancellation. I have pictures of the refund that Priceline gave me that exact day. Priceline gave me my money back immediately so she was like well. I will go ahead and refund it for you. You'll receive a receipt via email for the refund within 24 hours three days goes by no receipt for the refund no nothing iMessage customer support from the emails. They have been sending me once again on the 18th. I received an email telling me how sorry they are for this whole process And that they're ready to proceed with the refund but they need to speak to me because we can't exchange card information via email, which is funny because you guys took the money without the card being inserted or it tapped into any machine by going on my Hertz profile and charging it 3 1/2 days after but now you can't refund it without talking to me on the phone and getting the card numbers. It is now August 29 11 days after I was told they would contact me to proceed with the refund. I've emailed customer support and no one answer me so I open up a case with a Better Business Bureau. I get a response within 24 hours saying oh we refunded you on August 14 really if you refunded me on August 14 then why did I get an email on the 18th telling me you need to speak to me to get the card numbers and by the way I still had no refund the woman told me on the 14th that it would be 7 to 10 business days. It's been 15 days so I rejected their response sent more screenshots of the cancellation and everything else. These people legitimately just steal money I put a post on my social media about this and within the first 10 minutes it was up. I had over 15 comments on it of people telling me the exact same thing happened to them that they were refused the rental because of their card and then they were charged days later and none of them got their money back so this is just a scam that they do. They refuse the rental and then charge people days later and keep the money. I am proceeding with my complaint through the Better Business Bureau. My next step is to file fraud charges with my bank. My bank is already told me as soon as I'm ready to proceed we can they already have all of the proof from all of the emails. I went in and spoke to them and gave them everything already. CHOOSE ANY OTHER RENTAL COMPANY BUT HERTZ .. I mean look at their rating on here that should tell you all
