Okay, I'll keep this one quick since we only rented a car from here for about a day or two. BLUF: this place is just average, at best. Nothing special, but nothing terrible enough for it to be considered beyond repair. The car we got was fine, I guess. The service...not so much. Though to be fair, this was mostly due to how tragically understaffed they are at the moment. So, fair warning: if you come here to rent a car, be prepared for a lengthy wait, regardless if you have a reservation or not. I don't care much for their parking lot either. The first time I located this place, I technically missed the entrance you're supposed to use. There's a back way in if you turn on the road just past the sign (sorry, I'm terrible with street names). But it's so indirect and awkward, I felt like I was driving into the wrong parking lot at first. Not to mention, this lot is tiny. Sort of like the inside of the rental office. Yeah, there's not much to the place. Biggest things to be aware of are the slightly modest, blink-once-and-you'll-miss-it parking lot entrance and their slow-as-turtles-waddling-thru-peanut-butter service. I have rented x 2 from Enterprise on Main St Nashua,NH. Both times were super easy and i was very pleased with cars,staff and they easily and readily kept renewing until my car was out of the shop..6 weeks! Got a horrible Kia full size car as rental. Press the accelerator and nothing would happen. And when it would finally pickup speed, the car would jerk. Pressing the brake and the entire car shudders. Horrible rental, would not recommend. [Update 6/2019] Wow! Someone has been listening to the reviews here. This place used to be horrible, treating colored customers very badly like other businesses in Nashua. I used to shudder about going to this place until I had to rent a car this week and had no choice but to go here as it was the nearest. Looks like they fired all the bad apples! Wow! The people at this branch rock! Now, this feels like the friendly Enterprise people I am used to seeing when I used to live in California. Great job guys! I got a "bat mobile" as my rental. Great technology, not as smooth as my regular Toyota drive. But better than the Kia from the last time for sure. But the great and friendly staff more than made up for the relatively ok rental car. It was my first time renting a car and I was advised to use this location. My first impression was good since pick up service was on time and the guy was very polite but unfortunately I don't have his name when I got to the office they had my vehicle ready i paid my deposit and off I went. After Five days I could not drop it off at their location and was sold the other option would be to drop off at the body shop but however it was never a follow up when the rental vehicle will be picked up and inspected. I had to call twice to make sure that the vehicle was in fact picked up from the body shop but felt that I was always bothering when I called, especially when I was told they they had other priorities that day?? I ask for my final receipt emailed which they haven't done as they promised.. Bottom line is very poor customer service. Very frustrating read more

This location provided me with a great rental experience. Nick was extremely helpful and nice and picked me up from the body shop I was having my own car repaired at. This Enterprise helped me navigate the insurance aspect of renting a car as well. I had a great car- a Jeep Compass- and once I got my own car back, I just had to leave my rental at the auto body and Enterprise went and got it for me. I used to rent the cars in this place because they have a good price for rent, but someday I rented one car for one day next the day return it, a day after they came to me saying I have damaged the vehicle on the roof, the car was basically at my house all day just because my car was in service, the point of this is the honesty, they never looked in-depth how did this damage happen? They just charge the damage who rents, what we learned is, check the vehicles also the roof, if you don't want to be charged for something we didn't do. read more

Rented many times from this location. Good people just don't leave anything in the car if you do you will loose it. They keep anything left in car when returned. They keep and do not turn in your belongings. Good company hire bad people sometimes. Sucks but true. read more

You have 20 year olds running the place so what do you expect. They say they called me to say they didn't have a car for me, which they didn't and then shamed me for booking less than 24 hours. New flash, when their is an EMERGENCY at work and I need to rent a car, I have to rent a car at the drop of a hat. Idiots. Pure stupidity. This is an update to my review of April 3, 2018. I received a call from the office manager on April 4, 2018. She said after our previous discussion (quite heated on my part), she reconsidered my position, and discussed this with the district manager. They concluded that given my argument, Enterprise was willing to pay the entire amount. I was more than pleasantly surprised to hear that they had looked at the issues and reversed their decision. They certainly did not have to give me another thought, but they did the right thing. Anyone can get caught up in the corporate rules but someone who values the customer experience will be appreciated by the customer. I have returned to being a customer of Enterprise (South Nashua) and would recommend them to others. read more

Great polite service, rented from these folks multiple times with 0 issues. Unlimited travel mileage no extra charges. I know people tend to only post when something goes wrong as I just did with the horrific service at Budget car rental in Nashua. That is why i am leaving a good one for this establishment that I had previously taken for granted. I had only gone there because Enterprise was sold out of everything but trucks on 6/25/18. Those folks fine print screwed me on mileage charges for a day trip to NYC that ended up costing me $380. I would have been better off renting a truck from Enterprise even with the higher cost and gas consumption. read more

Stay away!! I called to make a reservation and had a hard time reaching the office. Finally when I waited 2700000 hours to speak to them they were very rude and unprofessional... Then when I rented the car not only was the price outrageous but the check engine light was on and they made me wait 3 days before getting me another car. read more

Rented a car that had 3 acorn sized dents in the roof that anyone could miss and we did. It was our fault I get it that we missed it doing the walk around the first time. I watched the manager Scott Callahan do the circle around and didn't even look at the roof! Of course we were pissed and freaking out because anyone that was in this situation should when your not guilty or responsible. We didn't even use the roof. It was a shitty little Hyundai. I had my dad on the phone and told Scott he wanted to talk to him & he laughed and said I'm not talking to your father. Literally took the guy 25 seconds to speed walk around the car and check the gas. Then when we left I took the wrong turn so had to do a U- turn and drive by, saw him outside with 2 of his employees looking at the car touching the roof and laughing & smiling. He is now charging us for it 500$. Wouldn't listen to what I had to say, kept saying it could of been from HAIL. Told me the hail excuse 4 times. I was in North Carolina for 11 days visiting family. The weather was perfect. Rained one day. My boyfriend and I have been through enterprise 5 times now & will NEVER go through them again. I'm still waiting to hear from customer service management. I also am waiting to here back from help me hank Chanel 7 news because I think that if customer service or yelp doesn't help me, maybe he can. Im not paying for a lawyer just yet when I'm about to start a family. I'm 6 months pregnant and my boyfriend is Spanish. I truly believe we got scammed. Our insurance agency said that they don't just pay out money and that they will investigate to make sure they haven't done this to other people. Now I have the stress from this and have to make extra doctor appointments to check up on the baby seeing I'm high risk pregnancy. Even if it was from "hail" that's a natural disaster.. shouldn't their insurance cover that? If I could give -10 Star review I would. Horrible service, unfriendly staff, nasty cars. The car I was given was a 2017 and it was in horrible condition.. and it had such a horrible smell on the inside, almost like something was burning. It came with the oil light on and it definitely needed some new rotors. On top of all that the guy was 15 minutes late to drop the car off to me. When I got the car the man was only concerned about a scratch on the back panel and didn't check the rest of the car. This was my first time ever using enterprise so I didn't know he was supposed to check the car in the first place. I bring the car back after barely driving the thing and they tell me I cracked the grill.... I DID NOT do that, nor would I even know how to crack the grill of a car... told me they would put it through my insurance. Whatever it was a grill from the last person who drove it. Nope I get a phone call saying they needed to replace the whole bumper. APPARENTLY there was a giant crack in the front.... which I seen with my own eyes that there wasn't!!!!!! I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THE BUMPER at the shop only the grill.... which I again didn't do.. Charged me FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT DO. asked for pictures and got one of the grill, NO BUMPER. DO NOT COME HERE, if you decide to give it a try TAKE YOUR OWN PICTURES OF EVERY SINGLE INCH OF THE CAR. I will N E V E R do business with any enterprise every again, especially this one. read more

My insurance company sent me to them. They had nothing to choose from. I was given an abused Hundai that had stains all over the seats. I told them I would need a larger vehicle if my car wasn't repaired within the first 10 days. It wasn't and they couldn't find me the larger vehicle. When I came back to return the car no one was available to follow me 2 blocks over to drive the car back. I had to find someone else to help me drive the car back. After this horrible experience I left my new sunglasses and double carport in their car. No one called to inform me. I called them 3 days later and they don't know if they have them. I'm so disgusted with these 4 kids that run this place. Not one responsible adult works there. I'm going to scream at my insurance company and I will never use Enterprise again! read more

Very courteous staff. We had booked our car a few weeks in advance but requested a 4x4 due to the impending "1st winter storm of the season". The young lady at the desk cheerfully granted our request for the Jeep renagade in the parking lot. I will definitely go here again when in Nashua! read more

I would stay away from these people. We had plans to rent a car to go on vacation to the mountains and after calling to confirm the day before, we get to their office and they would not rent to us. We had a visa debit card and the lady behin the desk said she wouldn't rent to us. I felt like they just didn't want to tell us that they ran out of cars because they literally just had one car left in their parking lot and it wasn't what we reserved. We ended up calling around and found that their was another car rental down the road that rented to debit card customers and they picked us up right from Enterprise. The snobs at Enterprise did not even apologize. Cocky and stuck up service. MY cousin worked for them for years and she said that they're not all like that but she wasn't surprised when I told her it was the Nashua branch. I wish I could give them zero stars. read more

UPDATE 5/4/2017 to below: Funny that Enterprise comments on all these bad reviews then, when you respond to their requests, to add insult to injury you are still ignored. Even after this awful experience, I still haven't heard from a single person in regards to my experience.. Keep it classy Enterprise Literally the worst experience ever. I rented my car from the Salem NH location and wish I went back there. The woman at the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. After my rental cost 1400.00 I asked to use a american express gift card for 150$ and they wouldn't let me because I "didn't present this at the time of the rental" I explained I was told by the Salem location that I could wait because I didn't know how long my rental would be. I was having a car repaired. Well, when i told the rep this at the desk she laughed at me and said, " haha most people know how long their rental will be for haha" I guess she has never had anybody rent a car for a undetermined amount of time. They couldn't have been ruder. I will never use enterprise again because this woman. On a side note, the rude woman should really take a look in the mirror as well, she looked like a street walker and was dressed up in the most unflattering clothes I've ever seen. The folks at Enterprise provided exemplary service. Our vehicle was in an altercation and we required a rental rather quickly. Enterprise, picked me up at my home, worked with my insurance company and provided me the rental I needed in no time flat. They also transferred the agreement to their other outlet in town where they have an agreement with my Auto Body Shop to have Enterprise pick up the vehicle when my rental time was over. Also, they called me to let me know they received the rental vehicle back, and thanked me for their business. They also e-mailed the invoice for my records. I also use them for Corporate rentals as well. They will drop off the vehicle, and pick it up when I'm finished with it. read more

it was a rough beginning at first being that my reservation somehow dissipated even though it was planned a month in advance... that didnt really ruin anything because 8am in the morning they raced to get the vehicle for me that i needed. fantastic customer service and i like everyone that works there. i moved to Nashua from Massachusetts and used enterprise all the time at my local area. loved them, and was sad to move. i thought no one could replace them , how wrong i was. Dear enterprise, thank you for instilling a very customer service driven business with real people who actually care about you as a person and not smiling because some sort of corporate camera is shining on them 24/7 . I picked up a car in Farmington Maine while on vacation and continued to drive the vehicle for over two weeks. The car was not particularly clean when I first picked it up from the Farmington location but I didn't think much of it. I thought the car was reasonable, since this was my first car rental experience. After over two weeks of use, normal dust and pollen accumulation occurred. I was shocked however by the way I was treated by the South Nashua Enterprise employee who received the car upon drop off. She was extremely rude to me in front of a rental office full of people. Not only was she rude but she suggested I had smoked in and dirtied the car. Neither of these things were true. She made an attempt to make me pay for a detail of the car. The car needed to be cleaned but not as a result of anything other than normal use over the course of weeks. My experience with this employee was extremely rude and also embarrassing. My interaction with her ruined my Enterprise rent a car experience which otherwise was fine. I never leave poor online reviews but this employees behavior demands one. read more
