We were helping bring the bags to the car and she yells at us for not helping! Asks if she has to do everything?? Two of the men literally had bags in their hands walking towards her. Suzanne's attitude was horrible from the beginning. She complained to my family about how long our bags were taking and said if any were lost she didn't have time to wait for us to fill out the form. She was extremely rude to them and made them very uncomfortable. Then we get in the car and she has all the time in the world. Very strange behavior. She yelled at us across the parking lot for not following her directions about where she would be. There were multiple mixups about times and despite who was to blame she gets very combative. Horrible customer service all around. Instead of trying to come up with solutions she passes out blame in an attempt to always be right. Our uber driver knew all about her. She has a real reputation in Steamboat and he said she was banned from driving for them. Of course this is hearsay but seems spot on. There are so many more professional transfer services in the area.

Our arrival flight was delayed due to snow at Hayden; she very patiently waited for us to get skiis (which take forever) and got us back to airport well ahead of our flight; as we requested. We really like the fact she has a trailer so all the bulky stuff is not inside the comfortable vehicle she picked us up in. On our next trip to Steamboat we will again call upon Suzanne for reliable and professional transportation service.

I made it up late on a Friday night and was very pleased with the location of Storm Meadows. I like how it is not right in the village, but overlooks the village after a nice drive up the winding road. When walking into the condo I was very happy with the size. The bedrooms are perfect size and the beds are HUGE! It also has 2 full bathrooms which is very nice and a bunch of storage space for all of your luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and the kitchen table is very big and can accomodate a lot of guests or a large family. The couch also folds out for an additional 2 people to sleep and has a nice fireplace as well. The shuttle that Storm Meadows provides was exceptional. It comes every half an hour and will take you right down to the village. Here is the best part-The ski in ski out!!! There are lockers right on the level where you can ski right to the village so its very easy. The pool and hot tub is very relaxing after a long day of skiing. The pool is heated and the hot tub is very large. There is also a work out room and towels are provided for you too. I made a second trip to Storm Meadows in the summer and had a great time. We hung out at the pool and did some hiking on the mountain. I can't say enough about the location of this condo and how convenient it is. I highly recommend Storm Meadows and will be sure to visit again soon!"

The unit shown in our Expedia booking has granite counter tops, totally up to date. We arrive and walk into a unit that was last decorated in the 70s what is worse, there is wood rot, scrapes in bathtub, no extra toilet paper, a horrible moldy smell and not enough parking (although we were told we had one parking space). We contacted Retreatia and was told they would send housekeeping. They did not. They said there was plenty of parking in front of other buildings. There was not. I asked for a General Manager or Owner to contact me. No reply. If you are coming to Steamboat book with anyone else. This group is horrible.

TERRIBLE! Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had snowmobiling in Steamboat (correct that…read more- over an hour east of Steamboat). Bought a deal through an online offer and wish I had saved my money. When you call to schedle a tour you are calling a cell number. rarely answered and you might get a call back. We were told to expect a call the night before our trip to go over all details, like where to meet the shuttle, etc. We never got the call and had to place multiple calls the morning of our tour to find out what to do and where to go. Once we finally drove all the way out to the ranch for our half day tour with lunch, we discovered that lunch was actually a chili dinner, would have been great to know before we showed up having not eatend and with a vegetarian. When they split up the group into two tours they never bothered to ask if there were any first time riders...would have been a great question to ask so the people who drove up from Denver and have riden before wouldn't get stuck witha couple from Georgia who were afraid to go over 10MPH. During the tour three of the five machines were breaking down and running out of gas...the owner said it was due to the "warm weather" Bull! The machines were not maintained as they should have been, it actually looked like they bought all their machines used because none of them matched - different brands. models,etc. (even the shuttle van was a plain white van without anything indicating Elkhorn). The owner had to come out to our group twice to bring mroe fuel for the same machine! Neve thought about brining up a better one to use instead. After fours hours of being on our tour we had spent more time sitting on the trail than we did moving - and never once were we offered an apology for our experience. If I had not purchased this as a discounted deal through another vendor we would have demanded our money back. Save your time and your money and stay away from this place...we have had great experiences snowmobiling in Steamboat but this was the first and last time we will ever patron Elkhorn. In fact they have turned us off the guided tours entirely now.
