We were helping bring the bags to the car and she yells at us for not helping! Asks if she has to do everything?? Two of the men literally had bags in their hands walking towards her. Suzanne's attitude was horrible from the beginning. She complained to my family about how long our bags were taking and said if any were lost she didn't have time to wait for us to fill out the form. She was extremely rude to them and made them very uncomfortable. Then we get in the car and she has all the time in the world. Very strange behavior. She yelled at us across the parking lot for not following her directions about where she would be. There were multiple mixups about times and despite who was to blame she gets very combative. Horrible customer service all around. Instead of trying to come up with solutions she passes out blame in an attempt to always be right. Our uber driver knew all about her. She has a real reputation in Steamboat and he said she was banned from driving for them. Of course this is hearsay but seems spot on. There are so many more professional transfer services in the area.

Our arrival flight was delayed due to snow at Hayden; she very patiently waited for us to get skiis (which take forever) and got us back to airport well ahead of our flight; as we requested. We really like the fact she has a trailer so all the bulky stuff is not inside the comfortable vehicle she picked us up in. On our next trip to Steamboat we will again call upon Suzanne for reliable and professional transportation service.

When we arrived at Hayden I was greeted by our driver Marko who was super cool and had some great conversation on our way to Steamboat. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. On our return trip to the airport our driver Mike was right on time. Soon after departure, I forgot an item at the pick up location. Mike without hesitation turned around and drove back to our condo so I could retrieve my item. Mike was a wealth of knowledge regarding the local area and a pleasure to talk to. This company is well run, on time, professional, and most importantly they care about their customers. I will definitely be booking again with Storm Mountain Express the next time I fly into Steamboat Springs. Jerry V.

The price was significantly cheaper than other competitors too! The 15-passenger van was perfect for our bachelorette party going from Silverthorne to Steamboat Springs - it van itself was incredibly clean and had GREAT tunes!!! Eric arrived on time, helped us load all of our bachelorette party decorations and games into the van, and made sure we were comfortable, well fed, and had enough beverages. We invited Eric to the rodeo with us, since he was such a wonderful and easy person to be with. Again, he made sure we were all safe and happy the whole night. Eric accommodated our post-rodeo bar hopping with ease and truly went out of his way to make sure we didn't have a care in the world. Eric is a true rockstar!! I will absolutely book BML again, only requesting Eric, and have already told my friends and family to reach out to them for future events in the mountains!! 100/10 recommend!!!
