These are businesses that your company recommended. We were scheduled to arrive on 12.23.22 and didn't get in until the morning of December 26th. Reached out with email and 24 hrs before the end of the sale I book lodging on my own. He reached back out like why didn't we call him... we should not have to chase our travel agent. I said my apologies I understand it may not be worth your time to help us anymore. He said sure I can get lifts and gear etc. I said wonderful. After a week of back and forth we agreed on a schedule. I later asked maybe see if we can get car included. Told him we may or may not get it we just want to see pricing. he quoted for that. Later we found out that we could get free car with point so wanted to proceed. He literally calls use after he had already taken our cc number "before we asked about car" and told us we should figure out ourselves. This is 2 days before Sept 2 when Florida is about to get hit with a major hurricane. I could have made arrangements elsewhere in advance and taken my time. Now i have to figure out how to do all on my own while putting hurricane shutters very inconsiderate. I was excited to find a vacation planner that could do it all even if for the years to come. But I will never use this company again. Instead of being upfront he wasted my time and too my credit card information. Very unprofessional and sketchy. Very disappointing .

Take the shuttle up there - it was a piece of cake getting picked up from our resort. You do need goggles but they have extras available to borrow. Our guide Dylan was AWESOME! We made a few stops along the trail including in the middle of a gorgeous forest and a lookout of the mountains and continental divide. You do not need any prior snowmobile experience. I haven't driven a jet ski in twenty years and this was not difficult. We brought our kids who could sit on the back easily and had a great time. Super fun family activity and absolutely worth the cost. We had nice weather but bundle up if it's snowing - I can see how this would be super chilly.

Worth every single penny and you will have an amazing time. Sarah and Dan and the staff were amazing! They provided us with boots and suits to ensure that we were warm. At the halfway point a variety of hot drinks and delicious chocolate chip cookie were offered. They took pictures of our experience which was so nice to fully enjoy the experience. We were helping bring the bags to the car and she yells at us for not helping! Asks if she has to do everything?? Two of the men literally had bags in their hands walking towards her. Suzanne's attitude was horrible from the beginning. She complained to my family about how long our bags were taking and said if any were lost she didn't have time to wait for us to fill out the form. She was extremely rude to them and made them very uncomfortable. Then we get in the car and she has all the time in the world. Very strange behavior. She yelled at us across the parking lot for not following her directions about where she would be. There were multiple mixups about times and despite who was to blame she gets very combative. Horrible customer service all around. Instead of trying to come up with solutions she passes out blame in an attempt to always be right. Our uber driver knew all about her. She has a real reputation in Steamboat and he said she was banned from driving for them. Of course this is hearsay but seems spot on. There are so many more professional transfer services in the area.

Our arrival flight was delayed due to snow at Hayden; she very patiently waited for us to get skiis (which take forever) and got us back to airport well ahead of our flight; as we requested. We really like the fact she has a trailer so all the bulky stuff is not inside the comfortable vehicle she picked us up in. On our next trip to Steamboat we will again call upon Suzanne for reliable and professional transportation service.
