I haven't driven a jet ski in twenty years and this was not difficult. We brought our kids who could sit on the back easily and had a great time. Super fun family activity and absolutely worth the cost. We had nice weather but bundle up if it's snowing - I can see how this would be super chilly.

The bathrooms were right next to the car return. We had TSA precheck where there was a line of zero. Compared to Atlanta TsA precheck where we waited over 15 minutes for TSA precheck, this was an amazing experience. The TSA staff was friendly. Walk to our gate was another 1 minute. There are 7 gates in the airport. It is small, but efficient. Be prepared to walk to your airplane, so keep your winter coat handy! May 2026 My wife and…read moreI are Marriott Vacation Club owners, and I honestly don't understand all the negative comments some people make about timeshares. A lot of it comes down to how you use your ownership. We love ours, and it has more than paid for itself over the years. We recently stayed at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas in a one-bedroom villa with a full kitchen, living room, and plenty of space to relax. The accommodations were comfortable, cozy, and perfect for an extended stay. One of the best things about this resort is the location. Once you park your car, you really don't need to drive again until it's time to leave unless you're planning to explore the surrounding area. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, along with plenty of mountain activities and attractions nearby. The resort itself offers a full schedule of daily activities through its event calendar, an activities room, and access to the restaurant and bar located in the main hotel. There is always something to do whether you're visiting for a few days or an entire week. While the villas are still very nice, it's probably not too far off from needing a refresh and some updates. That said, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained during our stay. This is a fantastic destination for both winter skiing and summer mountain adventures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

We book a suite every time we visit, consistently spending over $2,000 on accommodations alone, and…read moresomehow, every visit manages to be another disappointing experience. The property is constantly under construction, and the parking situation is absolutely unacceptable. More than half of the parking spaces seem to be blocked off by randomly placed cones, often with no apparent reason or explanation. During our most recent stay, parking was so overcrowded that we were forced to squeeze our vehicle into an extremely tight space. Unfortunately, a concrete pillar protruding into the parking area caused significant damage to the side of our vehicle. The cost of repairing that damage will likely exceed the cost of our room. When I expressed my frustration to the concierge, I was casually told, "Oh, it's just construction." I explained that the parking situation had been exactly the same last year and the year before. Their response? "Oh yeah, we do it yearly." That is completely unacceptable. If this property routinely undergoes construction, management should have a better system in place to accommodate paying guests, especially those spending thousands of dollars per visit. Guests should not have to navigate a parking nightmare, risk damaging their vehicles, or deal with the same ongoing disruptions year after year. For the amount of money we spend here, I expect a premium experience, not constant inconvenience, dismissive explanations, and costly vehicle damage.

When we arrived at Hayden I was greeted by our driver Marko who was super cool and had some great conversation on our way to Steamboat. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. On our return trip to the airport our driver Mike was right on time. Soon after departure, I forgot an item at the pick up location. Mike without hesitation turned around and drove back to our condo so I could retrieve my item. Mike was a wealth of knowledge regarding the local area and a pleasure to talk to. This company is well run, on time, professional, and most importantly they care about their customers.
