    Our first time moving forward to a new rental company and "wow!!! What a difference!"…read more I called to make sure they were in the office cause most of the time they have to clean and move vehicles. Brett answered and Brett was super helpful and communicated on my concerns! Not only was his professional behavior a plus, but he was super respectful. I got there and I contacted the line to reach the representative because I was late for pick up- but he was just not even sweating it, and knew my name and remembered what vehicle I would of liked to rent(which was nice) He got us in a vehicle, went to actually check the vehicle is ready to go and bam!! He came back and said, "you will be pleased with this vehicle and if not come back and I can get another for you." He was just super professional and did the paper work in a timely manner, explained and well let's just say, "we are definitely renting from this company again!" -Customer service is everything-!

    I want to thank Enterprise and manager Brett for such an amazing experience. I had a little…read moretrouble, we had a little confusion and when we took a breath and evaluated the situation it all came together. I'm not writing because it turned out in my favor, I'm writing because of the maturity and customer service and the over all of the whole experience. I'll be back in a few months and I for sure will rent from you all! Thank you so much for everything :)

They left me stranded at the airport. The worst part is the guy I spoke to this morning lied and said he was there. I had to uber 12 miles into town and 12 miles back the next morning to get a car. They didn't offer me any discount. Terrible customer service. Do not book Hertz if you are flying on a late flight to Sun Valley. They are liars!

I called in to check if they had vehicles on lot for a 8+ ride, the lady over the phone was rude.She didn't know a thing. (I will keep this short as possible)-but trust me she was rude. Asking questions I kept hearing her "sigh." I thought just must be a day for her. I spoke to Dakotah(manager whose been there forever) he was a nice gentlemen as usual,it worked out,he got us in a vehicle and said that he would put notes for a 8+ vehicle and which vehicle in particular so that was reassuring. I get there for pick up, and the lady was sooooo freaking disrespectful. No smile, no greet, nothing! It was a horrible experience I encountered. She didn't want to get me Into the vehicle Dakotah had noted me in, she kept sighing and than it clicked that it was the same lady I spoke to the other week before.I was jolly and thought it must be her day again. I AM SÚPER UNDERSTANDING.I did small talk while I got helped by her daughter(she made comment that it was her daughter)- The lady was rude when I said, "have a great day! And thank you for your help."even tho she was soooo hating her job- you can just tell!!!!!! And she SHOWED IT WELL! (Rolled her eyes) -drop off was terrible! The girl didn't print my receipt,she said she didn't know how. I left it alone, because I thought---I always go thru hertz I trust THIS COMPANY! Week later I check in to ask where my in-laws deposit is from the credit card? Of course it was the lady who hated her job, I was nice...but she kept giving me attitude,sighed over the phone. I had basic questions...but than I asked to speak to the manager Dakotah. She ignored me.She said, "I CANT HELP YOU, idk what to tell you. I asked again and said "thank you for your help, may I have the manager assist me please"She than says,"HES NOT HERE" yelling. I was devastated by her attitude and said calmly, "can you have him call me when he goes into work, when will be a good time or should I give you my number"....so I'm giving her options.I truly couldn't handle her tone!!! She than says(OMGOSH IM NOT EVEN KIDDING SHE SAYS), "that's my husband and I don't want to give you his schedule" (Wow right?!) So, I said, "okay ummm, I'm looking for the manager to give me a call, not your husband...here's my number..." And she literally hung up. I called back and thought maybe it was a disconnect but she answered and hung up. PRETTY PROFESSIONAL WOULD YOU SAY HERTZ? I connected with a friend at the airport and she told me her name which is Josee (Joe-ce) and SHE IS APPARENTLY THE WIFE OF THE MANAGER DAKOTAH DAYTON. So, I took a step back and got another number from my friend to contact Tina who assisted me and made sure to have Dakotah call me because obviously JOSEE was all hyped up because I needed to speak to the manager about my questions. Now, let's think about this: Hertz a rental company who deals with customer service everyday....IF ITS NOT THE JOB YOU LIKE, than leave. I was told JOSEEEE has had lots of complaints but she is still there. Anyone reading this can clearly understand why she still is working for Hertz in Hailey, Idaho. It's a husband Dakotah and wife Josee team...... Like any regular client (customer such as myself) would speak to manager and go into more detail of her childish behavior of customer service....BUT BECAUSE ITS HIS WIFE JOSEE HOW DO I DO THAT??! So, when Dakotah called of course I didn't say a word, but got my situation cleared. It was soooo simple but of course as a customer I was concerned for my in-laws deposit...(which I am waiting on) but how does EVIL work with NICE?! I have no idea. I feel sorry for Josee, It's sad that she doesn't like her job, but is stuck there to work for the clients. Altho- she represents HERTZ and I guess that's how HERTZ WANTS IT. Moving forward from this company all together. And now I guess I'm sharing the same story as everyone else about HERTZ-the rude Josee. Customer service and respect is everything and they lost my business, my husbands business and my families business. (tsk tsk)
