Later, when someone hit us and we were involved in an accident, the supervisor we spoke with refused to give us his name, which is extremely unprofessional and concerning. Despite the accident, we were told to continue driving the car. Now, after the fact, they are claiming the vehicle is totaled and are sending me a bill saying I'm responsible for it. I have been calling repeatedly to speak with a representative about this bill, and no one answers, no one returns calls, and there is absolutely no follow-up. This company lacks accountability, transparency, and basic customer service.
