However, just completed another round trip from Madison to airport (ORD) that was fantastic. First trip was two years ago when my sisters and I took a vacation to MX with flight out of MKE using AJP on transport to and from airport. There were no feasible options to get us home in a timely, hassle free fashion. I decided to check into AJ Prestige; will never forget that 1st ride. After a stressful day of travel our flight arrived late. Driver was waiting and picked us up in a warm car in the middle of a sleet storm. Arrived safe at our front door. Since then, we have been regular, satisfied customers. Great service all around!!

Besides for rentals, there are people who own in Burhops, which gives the whole place a neighborhood feel. You can dock your boat here, or rent a boat for the day. We usually stick with the swimming area and sand-box for the kids. Plus there's a cute little park across the street and a couple of little restaurants that are walking-distance away. Keep in mind, this is not a "resort." It's a small, off-the-beaten-path, cabin rental. But if that's what you're looking for, it's the absolute cutest off-the-beaten-path, cabin rental you could ask for!

Wanted to ask about getting his help to find the best fit for our needs. Turns out when you book with them, they then review the bookings and determine which reservations they will fulfill. So just because it says there is availability and you book the car, they can come back and cancel it. Seems a bit sketchy. I understand they are a for profit company but when will they cancel on you? Could leave you hanging. Seems a bit sketchy and uncertain. Booker beware. Since we've been emailing I'm certain any booking I make based on their site's availability will be unable to be fulfilled. Stay well Yelpers!! It's 2 stars vice 1 only because Mark is actually very responsive. . Perhaps I'm totally confused wrt how reservations work.

I stayed at The Mill Hotel for my trip to Madison, WI. Due to all hotels being outside my price…read morerange downtown, The Mill really fit the bill when it came to price point, amenities, and convenience. The Mill Hotel is located in a quaint town about 15 minutes from the airport and about 25 minutes from downtown Madison, WI in the town of Waunakee. On your way into town from the airport you'll notice you're in farm country and a developing small town that has the charm of a Hallmark movie. There is no regular check-in desk for this hotel, but you will receive a text/email with how to get into the building, your room, etc. So if you're looking for a traditional hotel experience, this may not be for you, BUT if you're looking for some peace and quiet, away from the big city, this is for you. One thing I will mention is that this hotel is pretty new, so they're still working out some kinks, as I didn't receive my email/text until later, but I did email them and text and they replied quickly. You can try to request an earlier check-in, but because this is a mom and pop situation, you're probably going to be checking in closer to the 3pm check-in time. Because I was dropped off by my rideshare earlier in the day and far before check-in, I wound up heading to Grace Coffee which is located and connected on the lower level of The Mill. Convenience wise, you can't beat it. When it was time for check-in I headed upstairs and noticed a cute little seating area and walked down the hallway to find my room. You'll notice a smaller coffee bar with k-cups and a Keurig machine,. Then you'll see a seating area with leather couches and a glass fireplace. I was in room 206, which was super cute. It def looked farmhouse-chic, with a navy accent wall, emerald green velvet couch, dark colored tile in the bathroom, and a lovely walk-in shower. There was plenty of room to sprawl out. The hotel itself would be a great option for those in Madison who want a nice little staycation to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Pros: -Beautiful room -Room was large -Convenience of being above a coffee shop -Parking lot that connects to the coffee shop Cons: -I wish the door leading from the landing of the hotel entrance to the stairs of the coffee shop had locked (it was unlocked), from a safety perspective, I wish that it locked after going through that door -Wish the curtains were more blackout and easier to close Would I stay here again? Yes

I caution anyone booking with the Mill. There are many listings for the Mill on google and the…read morelisting I clicked on appeared to be the actual hotel, but was actually a third party scammer. When I tried to cancel with the Mill, (due to no elevator), I was told I would have to cancel with Expedia because the scammer booked my reservation through Expedia. Expedia has no record of any reservation for me with the Mill. The Mill informed me I would be charged all the nights stay, $975.00, if I didn't cancel with Expedia by my arrival date. How do I cancel with Expedia if they have no record of a reservation for me? I seriously question the Mills business practices, and also their customer service. I canceled my credit card because it was the only way I had to ensure I wouldn't be charged $975.00. I was told by the scammer when making the reservation it was refundable. Why couldn't the Mill just cancel the reservation?
