Spoke to someone when I pulled in and he reassured me every vehicle is throughly checked out upon returning. Ok as I walk away, he runs up behind me and apologies for the inconveniences of the vehicle because as he started it up the screen froze on him. 4 days later and still no adjustments on my charges. Renting from the airport is a convenience when you're flying into town not when that's the only place to get a mini van from a week before you need it. Years ago Budget had the best kept vehicles and the best customer service, now you get what you get because people are tired or maybe my expectations are too high. Finally get customer service number and when I call I am told the coupon wasn't applied to my rental. What? I prepaid with the coupon. How can the coupon be removed after I have already paid? The location is easy to find and mostly easy to get to; GPS will probably take you to a place where you have to make a U turn to get back to the entrance, but that's not their fault. Once inside the gate, I parked the rental that I was there to return and went inside. The interior was clean and well lit, and was staffed by two reps behind the counter, both of whom were professionally dressed and very friendly. I indicated that I was returning, one of the gentlemen took my name and looked up my rental. Upon locating the rental, he saw that I needed a ride to nearby Caliber Collision, and verified that info. He asked if email was OK for the receipt, and told me what the total was. There was another customer in the shop that needed a ride as well; within five minutes, the rep behind the counter summoned another employee from the back and asked that he give me and the other customer a ride. We just ended up hopping into the car that I had just returned for the ride to the shop. At all times, the process went smoothly and the staff was very professional and courteous. I had a good experience here on this day.
