Both kids graduated and we are now enrolled in swim maintenance. Indoor lessons with an air conditioned lobby are THE BEST and the facility has everything you could need - bathrooms, changing tables, sitting area, books for the kids to look at while waiting. Ms. Jen was our instructor and I felt instantly confident with her can-do attitude. My 15 month old daughter crabbed/cried all 3 weeks. In the first week I was wondering if lessons were the right thing for her at this age but Ms. Jen assured me that she was progressing and by about 1.5-2 weeks something just clicked, and she graduated in 3 weeks. My son loved the structure of going to swim class every day. He loved getting a sticker at the end of each lesson and then telling our family all about the lessons and seeing the photos I would take. He graduated in 4 weeks and then was a little sad to not be going to class every day thereafter! I'm happy to be able to take them for maintenance and think the value for the money is unquestionable.

Julie has the patience of a saint while also still moving your child towards the goal...surviving in the water on their own if God forbid, the need should ever arise. She keeps the schedule running on time, knows each kid by name, and what works and doesn't work for them. That's impressive considering how many kids she works with in just a single day! She's always kind and always willing to snuggle my kiddo when they're just not into swimming that day. She's never forceful or pushy and goes by my kid's cues. The pool is warm and big and super clean. The establishment is the same. This company has been a Godsend for my family and my kids. Thank you Aqua Buddies for keeping us safe!

The director is the sweetest woman you'll ever meet and always goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. I know of the situation with the only negative review I've seen about this school, and this lady got MULTIPLE camera footage of her child who has severe behavioral challenges hitting, spitting on, and screaming at teachers, eloping and running around an otherwise structured and organized classroom. A four year old typically does not reach for a teacher's drink, but this sweet little girl who just needed the intervention her mother denied her, did, and when she was asked if she drank it she said yes. We called out of panic to notify mom and immediately checked the cameras. When the cameras showed no sip was taken, we notified her of the misunderstanding, she used this one little miscommunication to defame the school, when we have video evidence of her screaming in teachers faces multiple times. This is a beautiful school with beautiful people, go see for yourself!

My six-year-old had some challenging days involving frustration, transitions, sharing, and asking for help. We did not ignore these concerns. We communicated with the school, worked with him at home, arranged outside support, and began pursuing a professional evaluation to better understand his needs. Although the school documented that he benefited from calm redirection and individual guidance, his enrollment was ended before the evaluation was completed. We were not given a gradual improvement plan or enough time to see whether additional structure and support would help him succeed. Afterward, a classroom-wide message was posted discussing challenging behaviors among several students. Because of the timing and surrounding circumstances, our family was left feeling as though our child had been singled out, even though he was not named. I understand that schools must protect classroom safety and that teachers cannot provide constant one-on-one attention. However, young children will have both good and difficult days. In my opinion, education should include helping children learn from those difficult moments--not only expecting them to arrive already knowing how to manage every emotion, transition, and social situation. Based on our experience, this may not be the best setting for a child who needs additional patience, structure, redirection, or time to grow socially and emotionally. I encourage parents of children who may need extra support to ask detailed questions about the school's behavior policies, improvement plans, communication procedures, and how much support is offered before a child's enrollment is ended. I am not sharing this out of anger. I simply believe other parents deserve to understand our experience when deciding whether this environment will meet their child's individual needs.

Took my concealed carry class and was really happy with the instructor and the overall experience. Applied for my license with the state the very next day and waited a month and a half only to receive a letter from them that the certificate I submitted was not adequate. I figured since this is what sort of thing this company does all the time they would know what certificate is needed. Apparently not! I called and requested the correct one be sent to me and Megan acted very put out. I asked if the new certificate could be emailed to me since I only needed a copy for the state and she said no it would have to be sent via post office. Sooo I got the new one and my name was spelled wrong. Of course the state will not accept this as it did not match my ID and application form. So I called again and left a voicemail for Megan asking for a new certificate. She left me a message back that she would send it but that she filled out the last certificate based on what I told her. As if I somehow don't know how to spell my own name and didn't provide her the correct spelling. And of course no apology for the second error either. Hopefully the third times the charm and the new certificate will actually be correct. But what awful service!
