I'm not sure! I got to sit in a chair asap! My pedicure is so minimal. I don't care for the massage, and I can't do the scrub. Pretty much only do my nail beds. I should have paid more attention to what he didn't do. It looked great. But when you go home and get in bed. The front part of my nails was ruff. He didn't file the front and make it smooth. I had to do it myself, before I could even go to sleep! ughhhh! read more

Had a pedicure and gel polish Gel applied to my feet. Polish came off hours after it was applied, Went back and they redid it, guess what it came off again Terrible product $60.00 for nothing read more

First let me say this review is not for the nail tech but the business. I came in with my 5 yr old granddaughter and ALL I asked for was nail color change for my toes and nail color change for my SNSdip color and just polish her nails. No actual mani/pedi. They charged me $95 to change color no f'ing water touched either one of us. They never have to worry about ripping me off again!!! read more

I have no idea what was going on, but under no circumstances should anyone grab another person's purse or person without consent. We were rushed in, the staff was neurotic, and they continuously kept taking my wife's bag and touching her despite her saying "No, I've got it" repeatedly and despite me and my brother in law doing the same. We got up and walked out. It was bizarre and one of the people cornering my wife in her chair was a man. On top of that, the chairs are broken and worn and the lights don't work. Terrible experience. Don't come here and especially if you have PTSD or any kind of anxiety or trauma with being touched. We went to NY nails instead and they were INCREDIBLE. Go there instead. Better prices and better service by FAR. read more

Can get quick services bc they have a lot of staff. But just know that today is 9/11/25 and I'm In here now. There are roaches running around near the pedicure chairs. Ive never seen that in a nail shopI'm leaving and will never be back. read more

This was my first time coming here. I was very disappointed. I kept letting the tech doing my gel manicure know that he was being too rough and hurting me. That did not help. He begin to fan the dust into my lap every time he turned the towel over. He seemed to get very annoyed. I ended up getting my cuticles cut and I began bleeding. We finished and started on my toes where the same thing kept happening. The tech next to him advise him to change the tool which he did and that stopped anymore cutting at least. I also opted for an eyebrow tint ($23) today as well. The girl that did them tried her best to make them right but they are too boxy. I still tipped her for her efforts because she did try to fix them several times. $88 for a gel polish on my hands and toes and an eyebrow tint no wax. I am not pleased. I won't be returning unfortunately. read more

This place is gross. I watched an employee drop a basket of polish that broke by the pedi chairs and they only cleaned the aisle and not between the pedi chairs around where the bottles shattered. The manager is also an idiot. When I came in I cleared the price with her on what I wanted, gel mani and standard pedi. She approached me 4 times to change the price after that. The nail tech doing my pedicure scrapped the bottom of my feet off with his long nails during the massage. Also, I was one of the 1st people in there and they had 2 people working on me at once. As customers came in they took away my manicurist from me instead of taking the manicurist from customers that came after me that were also there getting both services done at once. My nails are lumpy and most don't have the color going all the way to the cuticle. Pedicure resulted in the mask and scrub being left all over both knees. Spent all morning cleaning my house and was so excited to go relax at the nail salon just to leave pissed. read more

Rude! These people are just so rude. They rush you. Treat you as an inconvenience and then start speaking in their language about you as if Duolingo doesn't exist. The manager is unprofessional and a liar. I called to speak with her and was sitting outside and she attempted to lie at first and say she wasn't in the salon. Then I questioned her again and said is this not the manager. Then she admitted she was. I told her that I ran her convo thru the language app & I was disappointed in the way they speak about their black customers. Only then did she apologize. I won't be back. I've used them for 5 years. Never again read more

I went in there to get my feet done. So I always get regular polish anywhere I go. The guy used the machine to take the polish off that was regular polish and he charged me telling me it was gel. I don't do gel polish if I did I would have got it then. So they full of shit charging me extra for some bill shit that I don't even have. It's fine cuz I was going to tip but take what you charged me and kick rocks. NEVER WILL I EVER GO HERE AGAIN LESSON LEARNED!!!!!!!!!! read more

Definitely do not recommend. I was charged $135 for short nails and a pedicure. the pedicure was not even done right at all. they didn't touch my cuticles and i have polish missing from him trying to shape my nails AFTER he completely finished painting them. Also the one who did my toes used a cheese grater didn't disinfect it at all and put it back with his supplies. It also smelt like pee and old damp towels. I asked for short almond and all my nails are almost different lengths and shapes. the man did designs on my nails that i did not ask for and they charged me for that. there were also 2 women working there giving me dirty looks the entire time. I didn't have time to argue with them about the price but rest assured im disputing it with my bank i wasted my money PLEASE DONT COME HERE. read more

i've been coming to this nail salon for 9 weeks. i'm a truck driver, and rarely home so my nails grew out a bit from my last fill. (about 4 weeks, i know. yikes) my last fill, the young lady who did it, great job. i paid $28 for it, and tipped her $5. today i go in there to get another fill, BIG MISTAKE. all was well until i got up to pay. i asked the nail tech himself "how much?" and he told me "$25". i go up to pay and the man running the register told me $45!! then proceeded to call me "weird" for saying his nail tech said $25, not $45. i'm going "wow, i've never paid $45 for a fill. a full set maybe, but never a fill." and he's tacking on these ridiculous things that i've never been charged before. $5 for long nails, $10 for a reshape, $10 for gel polish (*i got clear pink 441.) and as i'm questioning him about the prices on the board (it says fills are $18+) the nail tech that did my nails stands by the door with his arms crossed as if i were going to take off w/o paying. these micro aggressions against black women are insane, and i will never step foot in another chop shop. to add insult to injury, we agreed on $35, and he still charged my card $40. horrible place, horrible management & i will be spending my money black owned from now on. read more

First of all, I just want to say I'm not hard to please, but I should have looked at Yelp vs the Google reviews first. I came in for a quick, simple polish change, which I'm not sure how you can mess that up, but it happened 4 times in 1 session. I just wasted a gang of time in here. She tried to "fix it" 4 times, being lazy and adding more polish over the screw ups. I asked her to take off and redo completely 2 nails and it's still ugly. Now, I'm gonna be in messed up mood for my date. I was supposed to be in and out. Came in at 5, and left at almost 6:30 for polish change. I asked owners for a refund and they just kept allowing the same lady to mess me up over and over. Saying I need to tell her when I don't like it, when I told her twice. All she did was add another coat and it wasn't corner to corner. I won't be back read more

I went today to get a fill in and pedicure.. I can't remember the tech name but he was a cocky lil guy with a low fade parted on the side n gelled down.. anyway when I sat down... after filling up the tub.. he told me to put my feet in the water and it was cool.. not warm at all.. he insisted that I get the 48$ pedicure because it was the best one.. I really didn't have a choice with his persistence. To some this all up he was very rough on my feet.. scrubbing and digging my toe nail with that cuticle nipper even though I told him I didn't want him to use that tool.. he used it anyway and didn't listen.. he was scrapping my feet and scrubbing them so fast until I was scared I was going to get cut.. and while I was sitting there very uncomfortable the lady was filling my nails.. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't enjoy the pedicure.. the gentleman was pressing so hard with the stones on my legs until I had to pull away and tell him to slow down.. he did my pedicure so fast until I did not enjoy it and I felt like it wasn't worth the 48$ plus 20$ for gel polish they charged me.. ( never again) I had to keep switching hands while she filled in my nails and buffed them over and over after I told her I like my acrylic kind of thick because my hands are always in water because I'm a stylist.. ok after the worse pedicure I ever had.. I got up and went to the station for my nails to be painted.. now instead of my enjoying my nails being done.. all the lady talked about was religion.. I'm not saying I don't love religious views but she talked over and over and OVER about her church and religious views.. and I was taught as a stylist to keep religion and political views out of the conversation.. between you and the client.. I just felt like they didn't pay attention to what I wanted.. and made me so uncomfortable until it WAS NOT WORTH the 146.00$ I paid for that service all together.. NEVER AGAIN.. I will find a new nail salon where I can relax and get my moneys worth.. this was the worst experience I ever had here and I will not going back....... read more

This place is horrible. My first and last visit. Pedicure was half done. I had to ask technician to push back cuticles and apply oil. I was not asked to have toenails cut down and no lotion was ever applied. No customer service or interaction. read more

First of all let me start out by saying the nails that I get done at the salon I never complain about however 2 weeks ago I went and got my nails done and I wanted to try eyelash strips so I got the mink eyelash strips and they were $15 to be applied they were absolutely beautiful however 24 hours from then I had to have them removed at another beauty salon because the glue was so strong I had headaches and whatever type of glue they used was so hard that the makeup artist stated that she could not even get it off even using coconut oil so she was able to remove the lashes what she said they were extremely hard which was not good for my eyes she said whatever glue they use was very commercial and that is why my eyes are really irritated and she says they don't sanitize the equipment they just use the same tweezers and glue on each client it took me 5 days to get the remaining glue line which was very black off of my eyelashes if you look at the attached picture you will see how irritated my eyes were I will never again let anyone do that to me it was a horrible experience I'd rather put on my own eyelashes at my own risk because I know what I'm using beware!!!! read more

If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible job. A pedi and FULL set took 30 mins total. Everything was rushed through. My nails are very mis shaped. It already looks like I need a fill in. I will not be going back. Same too just I just moved to this side of town. read more

I came here because a coworker recommended this place. Her nails always look incredible, and mine were beyond a hot mess. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and told them I needed to get rid of the set I had and start fresh. I chose the sea shell nails. I was seated immediately and a man by the name of Tai started working away on my nails. He was very nice, clean and polite! I was worried about time so he asked another nail tech to come help. Aleena, was her name. She too, was very nice and helpful. They have been there for ten years and all the customers are greeted with a smile. She saw a long time customer walk in and asked what she would like and sent her straight back for a pedicure and even remembered the color she likes. This place truly is a hidden gem. Their selection of services and colors is amazing. The service is incredible, and they truly aim to please. I left here today with a gorgeous new set of shiny, gel nails that make me feel beautiful!! This place is a must try! The price was great too! I can't wait to come back!! read more

This salon is absolutely Horrible. I was in town visiting my mother and someone recommended this salon. First, the lady that greeted me when I came in would not even let me finish what I was trying to ask her. They rushed through everything. I had a nail break in less than 24 hrs. I came back the next day. The guy did an even worse job trying to fix my nail. I have had another nail break and now all my nails are lifting. I have never had such a horrible nail experience..... read more

I was in and out of this place so fast.. I even mentioned it to the young lady doing my nails.. I could not dare enjoy my pedicure, as she worked on my nails the same time.. drill drill drill, that's what they love to do.. there is a man there "Henry " who used to do my nails, I loved his work.. the man who does the pedicures, also whom I USED to love, seems programmed as well.. " ask about the deluxe pedicure, and go fast for the next person.. I was in and out in LESS than an hour, mani pedi, gel on fingers and polished toes.. I am not sure what my guy was looking at, but he could barely pay attention as he was watching his wife do a pedicure who was BEHIND him... bad part about this, they won't care.. pretty much everyone on the north side comes here... I really hate the fact that they Tre to be " down" with the lingo as well.. they should change the name to quickie salon.. I didn't feel like I was at a spa at all. read more

I been going to this nail shop for a while.i went on july 13th and got them done.my nails were burning......i thought it was because of the acrylic. a few days went by and mty finger had started swelling.i spoke to his wife and she tells me I must have hit it.there are no visible signs of a crack in my nails.i was upset that a paying customer gets treated this way.i go to baptist hospital where they give me good service everytime I come.i was diagnosed with paronychia and I talked to the owner and he defends himself and hangs up the phone. poor customer service I feel like a victim in this situation. thanks a lot. read more
