He offered various options / styles and we could not be more pleased with the entire process. WW fabricated and installed our new windows in just over half the estimated delivery timeframe given. The price was reasonable for the quality we received. The installation crew is outstanding, and worked feverishly, completing the install on all 3 levels of our home in a single day. Higor and his crew deserve recognition for a job well done. The house was freshly painted inside, and they took care not to leave a single mark. In part, we approached Window World in recognition of their strong support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, that is world renowned for the incredible free care they provide to children with cancer from all over the world. Window World has sponsored local activities and runs in Atlanta, benefiting SJCRH, and it's nice to put your money where your mouth is, as they say. We highly recommend Window World, and would gladly use them again.

Usually any home repair project is extremely stressful and you have to chase people down. Not with Chattahoochee Windows and Doors! Jessica and Jodi make an amazing team! From the time we called to start the project, Jessica and Jodi were spot on, updating me with any new information and available to answer any questions we had along the way. And yes, we are absolutely satisfied with our new windows!! The new windows are beautiful! They did a wonderful job with the installation and are extremely quick. They installed 17 windows for us in 1 day including cleaning up!! I would recommend Chattahoochee Windows and Doors in a heartbeat! First…read moreoff, they failed to pay attention to what windows were listed on the contract and ordered the wrong windows. It took months for the incorrect windows to arrive and then I had to wait months again for the correct windows. After getting the correct ones in, the employee who was installing the windows advised one of the windows was sized incorrectly and that he would need to come back again. I had to take off work again to deal with the incompetence, and it turns out he'd put the wrong windows in the frames. This cost me missed time from work and all I received were excuses. I feel I'm being nice giving them two stars.

I let her know that I already had a tentative order with another window company, Window World, but she immediately promised that her project manager would beat their price if I let him come out today to provide a quote. Today I met Steven, the employee who came to provide a quote. I told Steven immediately that my priority was cost and that if they were not able to beat the price from Window World, I would not be interested. I asked Steven throughout the hour and 40 minutes that he was at my house probably 10 times to provide me the price, or at least a rough estimate, of what the price would be. He waited an hour and 40 minutes, going through his entire marketing routine, before giving me a price about 60% higher than Window World. He knew the price would be higher throughout the entirety of his presentation yet proceeded to waste nearly 2 hours of my day. Even if you're in the market for windows and think they have a good product, I'd steer clear of this company given the shady sales tactics used.
