Sometimes I would find a direct flight from DCA at a reasonable price if I can't get a flight into GRR. The only thing about the location is there are not any restaurants besides a McDonald's. I said I'd never return but after attending an event this past week for the Lansing Chamber of Commerce and meeting CEO Nicole Noll-Williams, I figured I'd give it another chance. Today was a completely different experience and I'm so impressed with the new changes that have been implemented. The staff is MUCH more kind, the TSA check in process is much more efficient and up to date with the newest technology, and there are a lot more amenities than before. While there's still a long way to go, I am highly impressed and can say even the energy is much lighter, making my travel a lot less stressful. I look forward to seeing the growth! I've been noticing the marketing efforts and internal adjustment am so glad they're bringing about positive change! Go Lansing!

We were running around with questions and was told by someone to ask TSA to radio some help for us…read more We went over to kindly ask them as they were three of them just sitting there chatting and the man talk to us in a tone as if we were stupid stating there would be a little bell for us to ring on the counter, like we were stupid and didn't see, There was no bell. Then he proceeded to tell us to knock on the door located BEHIND the check in counters. When he counted kindly spoke to us and help us. Instead we had a nice janitor come and help us, while the three TSA were just sitting there laughing on their butts. Real professional, especially with the tone they spoke to us. Received no help, left irritated.

I ordered a cab for 9:15-9:30 and called at 9:40 to confirm its arrival since I was still waiting. The person who answered the phone (after two previous calls going unanswered) said that he did not have anything down for that time and that he was the only person there who would have answered the call. I proceeded to provide some detail on the conversation I had at time of booking (it was very specific) and the person said, "I am trying to get you a cab if you would stop babbling." (Direct quote!) In shock, I asked if he was the manager and he said, "No I'm not the manager, I'm the owner!" along with some other incredibly rude remarks and an extremely condescending tone. After that, I informed him that a cab would not be needed after such treatment and he said, "That's fine, have a nice life!" I absolutely cannot believe it. At no point was I rude, condescending, or disrespectful. To be treated so disrespectfully by the *owner* of the company for trying to utilize a service THEY provide is truly shocking. I am appalled and disappointed and encourage anyone trying to use a cab to look elsewhere. If an Uber was available, I would have definitely taken it in a heartbeat but unfortunately none were free at my time of need. I have never been so disrespected for trying to be a decent, paying customer. Never again!

To be blunt, there is NO reason to use the other taxi companies in this town when you have Green Cab at your service. They're professional, friendly, and punctual.
