The issue is that I have sent multiple emails leading up to the court date, with no response from Ian. I sent emails out on 9/2/2025, 10/21/2025, and 2/25/2025 with absolutely zero response. I never received an email or update when the case was dismissed. I reached out after finding out online and asked if it was dismissed with or without prejudice, and got no answer back. It seems as though once payment was received in full, I was dismissed. I say that because communication about payments was always responded to very quickly.
