Very professional and kind. He didn't make me feel less-than and didn't talk over me. He provided clear, compassionate communication and made the most of my free 15 minutes zoom consultation. It was a great value. 10/10 I would recommend him.

I reached out to Ian because a debt collector was suing me, and his reviews were great. Our initial…read morephone conversation went really well, and I ended up hiring Ian to represent me in this case. In the beginning, the communication was pretty good, and Ian responded thoroughly when I had a question. The case was ultimately dismissed by the debt company, which is great. The issue is that I have sent multiple emails leading up to the court date, with no response from Ian. I sent emails out on 9/2/2025, 10/21/2025, and 2/25/2025 with absolutely zero response. I never received an email or update when the case was dismissed. I reached out after finding out online and asked if it was dismissed with or without prejudice, and got no answer back. It seems as though once payment was received in full, I was dismissed. I say that because communication about payments was always responded to very quickly. I paid a lot of money to Ian to represent me, and a simple email shouldn't be that hard to accommodate.
