After 2 months of acquiring the documents, they told me they didnt have a copy of the trust. I then asked for help interpreting the Trust documents and for how to proceed without a full copy of the documents. They said to send them everything I had, which I did within an hour, and they would try to help. 6 weeks later with no response I have moved on. Very disappointing.
