I can not recommend this law firm. They represented my wife and I in a travel trailer lawsuit…read moreagainst the manufacturer. Our attorney, Mr. Kaleel gave us one story when we filed our case and then kept telling us how our case was not worth what we were seeking when it came time to talk settling or filing a lawsuit. Mr. Kaleel drug his feet on our case when it was set for court over a year out. He made numerous statements of action he was going to take on our case but, in the end, failed to take any action. He basically allowed our case to sit without getting an expert inspection or doing any discovery. Often time's we went months without hearing from Mr. Kaleel. I would email him, and on many occasions, he was not in the office or out sick. Due to the many missteps in our case, my wife and I felt pressured to settle our case by Mr. Kaleel. All of a sudden, he started pointing out issues that he had never mentioned before, even after lengthy discussion. He then told us that we didn't have inspections we needed or an expert opinion because the one he used previously didn't respond. He stated we needed these to help solidify our case. These items were never obtained by Mr. Kaleel, even though they would have helped our case. This was after we had a year to get all this done. We ended up settling for over a quarter less than what we were seeking, and our travel trailer still has not been repaired. My wife and I truly feel like this was a result of the handling of our case by Mr. Kaleel. He failed to do his due diligence in obtaining expert opinions as well as a determination of value on our travel trailer as a result of the manufacturers' issues when the trailer was manufactured. He failed to prepare us to pursue a trial if the manufacturer didn't settle close to the amount we were seeking. Mr. Kaleel was only looking to settle our case and therefore failed to use diligence in preparing our case for trial. As a result, we were forced to settle because our case was not ready for trial even though we were given a year or more to prepare. We were left with no option but to settle.
