I was accused of many false accusations leaving me extremely stressed and overwhelmed. Although I was still struggling with the circumstances surrounding what was being done to me, John's sympathetic demeaner put me at ease so that I was able to explain the preceding events that lead to the actions which caused the arrest. He communicated honestly and effectively so that I was able to understand the possible consequences associated with the charges. I was then able to make an informative decision moving forward. The most serious charge had a sentence of 25 years in prison. His intellect and attention to details regarding inconsistencies within the case resulted in a favorable outcome (2 years probation) given the seriousness of the 4 felonies I was charged with. Mr. John Kelly has many attributes that make him an attractive attorney for anyone in need of help. Two instances among many profoundly stuck out in my mind that deserve praise. One situation was when he gave me a voice in court when I felt I didn't have one. His quick wit combined with assertiveness and strength as he spoke to the judge on my behalf showed he had compassion for the situation that I was in. He is precisely the attorney you would want when advocating and fighting to preserve your rights in a world where things aren't always fair. Thank you John for all of the help you gave me throughout this difficult time in my life.

I hired The Ticket Clinic to take the stress off my plate, but they ended up making the situation…read moreten times worse. Zero Communication: After submitting my tickets, weeks went by without a single update. I actually had to be the one to call them just to find out what was happening with my own case. Failed Representation: They went to court, lost the case, and apparently didn't feel the need to tell me. I received no phone call, no email, and no notification regarding the outcome. Worse Off Than Before: Because they lost and failed to communicate, I am now facing even higher court fines and am being forced to take driving courses. I paid this firm to protect my record and save me time. Instead, I paid them for the privilege of being ignored while my legal situation spiraled. If you want a firm that actually communicates and provides the service you pay for, look elsewhere. This was a total waste of money and a massive headache.

HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!…read more Did not break the law and got a ticket anyway. Had evidence but hired these people to be reassured that my record would remain clean especially because I did not violate any laws. They would not let me speak to an attorney unless I paid them and even after that, they said they would send an email saying that I am requesting to speak to one but they couldn't guarantee that an attorney would call me back. No contact with the attorney until a couple days before the hearing. Prior to hiring, I contacted them in advance and was told I could get a free consult and that an attorney would call me within 24-48 hours. No call back. Five days passed and two more calls later, another girl said there is no record of my call or my case and that they don't do consults until after they are hired and being that we are now within the time frame of the hearing date, they need to charge me an additional fee. I explained to her that I am doing what I was told by their office and she said she didn't get the authorization to waive the fee so if I hire them, I need to pay the late fee regardless of what I was told by their office. The so-called attorney provided his name and contact number. I asked him what he was going to say on behalf of my case and he knew nothing about my case and he told me to just tell the judge what I told him. Basically no guidance, no nothing. Moments before the hearing time, I couldn't get on to zoom. Texted and called the attorney and no response. I start panicking and am left to deal with this crisis alone even when I hired these people so I am kicking myself because I wasted my money on a law firm that is worthless and I still am dealing with everything by myself, so what is the point in hiring them? All he said was, "don't panic, you'll be fine." I get on zoom then he texted me back after sending him four texts and two phone calls saying he is online and he is busy working on 10 other cases. So we are online and the attorney I hired through this company is working on 10 other cases while it is the time that my hearing is and we are waiting. There is no dialogue about my case between us as he is again, working on other cases. After the hearing, I went into my court hearing and I found a Notice of Appearance that The Ticket Clinic submitted. I thought great, at least they did something. After reading it, it referred to requesting all documentation from the state police regarding a speed measuring device. Here is the thing, MY TICKET HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH SPEED! It was a pedestrian crossing violation. In addition, the address where this office was located is in Boynton Beach. My ticket was in a completely different County and I called the Gainesville office because that was the closest office to my location. This has been nothing less than a show. I called the Gainesville office this morning and asked the girl who answered the phone for callers that existing clients that already hired The Ticket Clinic why this inappropriate document was submitted to the court because it is completely wrong. She said they didn't have any record of any form so I questioned her and asked her how they can run a law firm and not have a copy of documents they submit for their cases. She then said, "oh, we only have a notice of appearance." I said yes, that's the one. She said, "well it's sent automatically." I told her it doesn't matter how it's sent but the firm needs to make sure that the appropriate forms are submitted on behalf of paying clients. I asked to speak to someone that I can address this with. And guess what? I was hung up on. I called back and was put on hold for a very long time without anyone answering my call. No call back even if she had my information pulled up in front of her when we were talking. My reputation and record are very important to me. I didn't violate any laws and the ticket I received was not deserved. If these things are important to you, look elsewhere for legal representation. Always remember that this statement holds very true with this company. You get what you pay for. Move on and take care of yourself. Hire someone who cares, who is responsive, who takes pride in their work, and who will represent you well because that is why you hire lawyers to begin with.
