Honestly, the gentlemen arrived with a broken mop and used simple green which is not effective at all in cleaning. We paid for floor, grout and couch cleaning. We were told, "It will look better when it dries." We waited and it still looked very dirty - see pictures. We redid our own grout, washed all the couch covers then re-mopped costing us precious time and more money. There was zero value in my opinion to this service. I've used several cleaning companies in the past. Unfortunately, the regular cleaning company I use are not available to clean during this COVID crisis. So, I had to look for a cleaning company who can clean my home since I am 38weeks pregnant and can't effectively clean hard to reach surfaces or want to use cleaning agents. I scheduled them for a "deep cleaning" but was thoroughly disappointed. After inspecting my upstairs bedroom, neither ceiling fans were cleaned, and under the bed/other furnitures were not vacuumed (even though these services are supposedly included in their deep cleaning checklist). The internal window sills were also not dusted, as well as the cabinet that our tv was on. The floors under each of my furniture (can be vacuumed without having to move the furniture) showed no signed of vacuuming or moping. Their deep cleaning cost is double their regular standard cleaning, and I unfortunately think that their level of cleanliness doesn't even pass "standard" cleaning. I wiped over the counters of area(s) that they've supposedly finished and the rag I used unfortunately was black with dust. The mirrors and shower doors still had water spots. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied. This company charges more for unsatisfactory results. After their work, I have to book another cleaning service to properly clean my home before my baby arrives. read more

Went back and forth for days in an attempt to schedule a cleaning. I sent multiple photos of my bed frame and was given the cost estimate of $65. The person I was chatting with asked me to text them to schedule since notifications on yelp weren't working. When I asked how long the treatment would take (he previously mentioned one hour) he said it depends how many stains need to be treated and how long they have been present. I then asked if there was potential for the quote he originally gave me to change drastically and he said everything revolves around the stains.. I said okay, but after seeing the photos is there even a wide general RANGE of cost you're able to provide me with? I didn't want to run the risk of this costing hundreds of dollars above the estimate and wanted some kind of ballpark idea of what this potential cost would be. Felt pretty reasonable to me. He said no I can't guarantee that. Waste of time and super disappointing customer service. Still giving 3 stars because I cannot speak to the actual cleaning services he provides. read more

The positives ... William arrived promptly, is very personable, and worked hard. The negative ... the results are not satisfactory. There's more to the story. This was a 1-day rush, with cleaning in the morning and painting in the afternoon, to prepare for a real estate showing the next day. William's estimated time at time of booking was 2-3 hours (10am - 1pm), and when he arrived and saw the condo he re-estimated it as 2 .. maybe 3 hours. The painters were scheduled at 1, but arrived early. They wanted to get started, but other than patching some holes I had them wait until William was done with the bedroom, so they could start there and be out of his way. William says we rushed him. Maybe a bit, but that does not account for the results. And, he says, it's our fault because we used the bathroom while he was there. We did, but not while he was even close to being in the bathroom. See the pictures ... the results speak for themselves. This was NOT a thorough tenant move-out deep cleaning, even though William put ~ 4 hours into it. I appealed to William the next day after the painters were gone and I could see everything in the light of day. In his response to me he said 1) we didn't give him proper time (estimated at 2-3 hours, with 4 hours spent); scheduling 2 contractors at the same time results in work not being done properly (addressed above); and the fact that we used the bathroom (non-interference) all resulted in him not guaranteeing the cleaning. Grossly Unsatisfactory, and money very poorly spent. I need to hire another cleaner! read more

William and his son did a great job cleaning our rental unit. This house had been passed down from friends to friends so it needed some TLC (if you know what I mean). After a dirty roommate moved out, we decided enough was enough and we needed some help cleaning the place. They went above and beyond on the blinds, walls and our fridge! Prior to this, I had never hired cleaners before but I am convinced that I need to do it more often! It definitely helped expedite the cleaning process that would have taken me a few days to do. Overall, I think for what I paid and specified they did a good job. It did took them a lot longer than I expected them too & they didn't really clean the half bathroom that our roommate used (hence the four star) but I rather they do some of the job right than leave me with nothing. William and his son are a hard-working and meticulous duo. I am moving in to a new condo and last minute decided to have it professionally cleaned instead of doing it myself. The place wasn't in terrible shape, but it was dusty, slightly grimy, and had scuff marks on the walls and base boards. It needed a refresh. I was able to book them 48 hours before my scheduled move date. Their pricing is reasonable, they don't cut corners, they're fast and thorough, and they stand by their quotes. When they finished, I was surprised by how much a difference their cleaning made to the unit. It felt brighter and fresher, and I had the peace of mind knowing that they had sanitized it (there was a lot of foot traffic from people viewing the place). UPDATE: I posted this review with my honest reaction last night and noticed that the owner had messaged me. I responded and have screenshot the back and forth of our interaction. Just giving everyone a heads up. Where to start....First off I want to say that they were really nice and had good intentions, but unfortunately, the quality of service was just not there. Especially for $400. 1. Our appointment was for 9am and was confirmed through Square, you receive reminder emails or texts about the appointment, but they did not show up until 10am. When I had called he said that he thought it was for 10am and it was a mistake...ok no big deal. When I booked the appointment I had told them that I needed to leave the house by 1:30 to pick up someone from the airport which is why they offered me the 9am appt. They ended up running out of time since they didn't come until 10am, which in my opinion was their fault since the original appointment was for 9am as confirmed by their own software and our Yelp messages. 2. They removed the area rugs from our kitchen and laundry room but didn't vacuum them first so it was still filled with dirt. Then they didn't put the rugs back so when I moved it there was a pile of dirt and dog hair that had fallen out of the rug. There were also multiple spots around the house that had dog hair and crumbs leftover. I have posted pics for reference. 3. In one of our bathrooms, I had gone in to use it before he had finished and there was a pile of paper napkins in the toilet that hadn't been flushed. That could cause some serious pipe damage and should be disposed of properly. There is a pic for reference. 4. All of the mirrors in our home aren't fully cleaned. They are either streaky/cloudy or have water spots. 5. They dropped bleach on my bath mat! I found the mat folded up on the floor in my bedroom and when I unfolded it to put it back (which they should have done) there were multiple bleach spots. What the heck. Now it's ruined! 6. The deep clean comes with disinfecting your trash cans, specifically in the kitchen. They did not take out nor clean the trash cans in my kitchen. 7. They both had masks on when they arrived but did not wear them the whole time. The woman on the job was breathing pretty heavily like she had just worked out so I put my own ask on at one point to be cautious. She had completely taken hers off and set it down. I think it just shows how they aren't very professional and it was a sign of disrespect of the safety of my home. They were rushed at the end because of poor time management and I had to tell them to vacuum two of my the four bedrooms because they had forgotten. He did offer to come back if I needed anything else done, which was a generous offer, but I honestly wouldn't use them again. It seems like they are under staffed and have a lack of attention to detail even when ordering the "deep clean". read more
