She booked the flight using my points and flew the same day, 5/21/26. I have not idea who this dishonest person is. However, she should be arrested for theft. She would not guarantee I would get my points back.

There was only one other person in line in front of me - as I approached to check in my bag and get a boarding pass - there was a United rep on my side of the counter - he asked me if I was going to Cleveland or Washington Dulles? I laughed and replied there must not be to many outbound flights! He quickly got me checked in and handed me my paper boarding pass. I suspected they do not yet support mobile boarding passes at Manchester Boston Regional Airport - and he confirmed this. Later, when waiting up at Gate 3 to board my flight to Dulles - the same United rep was now working the counter at the Gate. Nice guy and hard working! Overall, a pleasant experience with United at Manchester Boston Regional Airport!

Pleased with my service this week to and from Manchester, I only wish that Delta served this…read moreairport with some more flights on Sunday. With one too early and one too late, I ended up taking Boston for the following week and making the hour or so drive. Baggage claim isn't too speedy but it is still very well within Delta's 20 minute guarantee. If your bag isn't on the carousel by then, go to delta.com/bagsontime and they will credit you 2500 SkyMiles. Returning to the airport and checking two bags with the ticket agent was easy. There are enough rope lines to have separate ones for economy and priority customers. The young lady was polite, thanked me for my business and provided directions to the security checkpoint. More flights to MHT would make this a perfect experience. [Review 10472 overall, 239 of 2019.]

They aren't an Air France or Emirates, but they get things done. Todays flight was a relative quick hop. They helped me rebook this flight, after a scheduling error on my part. Because of allegiant actions, we had to cancel our entire vacation. I have sent them about seven emails, sent a letter to their main offices, and I have still not heard from them.
