Date of visit: December 8, 2022…read more What a surprise: A nice Walgreens! I stopped in here to snag a photo that I had ordered online and while doing a quick perusal of the store, found some stocking stuffers for my employees. There was someone ahead of me at the photo booth and I was quickly helped and even engaged in conversation by the clerk (I didn't think that was a think anymore). I was also greeted on my way in and acknowledged on my way out of the store as well. This location is close to work so I need to remember to hit this one up as it's far and away better than the one near where I live, on Port Washington Road.

This review is specific to PJ at the Nordstrom Anastasia Beverly Hills counter…read more I have lived all over (NYC, Denver, Milwaukee, the UK) and I have never found a more fantastic brow specialist than PJ. I have tried it all--waxing, tweezing, sugaring, threading....and she is by far the best. She BLOWS AWAY the other options in Milwaukee, to be sure. I'm always aiming for a full, youthful, but high arched brow. No one else here seems to understand how to achieve that. She has been patiently coaxing my brows into shape since Nordstrom opened and I found her. Now I am constantly complimented on my eyebrows...by complete strangers. I recommend her to every woman I know. And, aside: such a sweet, fun girl to blab with while I'm having my service.

PJ is so professional and amazing! Never going anywhere else!

I first want to disclose that I wanna giveaway on Instagram, which included a chemical peel facial,…read moreas well as some free products. As a makeup artist, model, and middle-aged woman, I have had a variety of facials and spa treatments in places all over the world. Since this is a Medi spa, I went in with a little bit of trepidation that everyone inside would look very fake, and I would almost feel like an outsider without any fillers or Botox, but that wasn't the case. That was a nice bonus! However, it almost erred on the side of too casual. My aesthetician was wearing a sweatshirt of one of the skin care brands, and with it being a facial, I thought that was just OK, but I think if I was getting a more involved or advanced procedure done, I would find it offputting. When I arrived, they had a bunch of online "paperwork" that they wanted me to fill out, but said I did not have to fill out all of it. I honestly found it a little bit stressful that it wasn't sent in advance, and I worried that my service was cut short by the time I spent filling out the online form. It would have been very lovely to have been offered something to drink during this process. I also felt like my facial/peel was very short, and I did not notice much of a difference. Because it was a cold and snowy day, I would have loved if they would have been offered me a blanket right away when I laid down on the table for my service. She did give me one later in the service, when the moisturizing mask was doing its job. Overall, my complaints are pretty minimal - really more details that would have taken the experience to a higher level. If you'd like an unpretentious medi spa experience, this could be a great place for you! Everyone was very friendly and casual, as well as helpful. And the facility itself was very nice, clean, and professional.
