The entire time the workers were carrying on their personal conversation. I found the product and went to the front counter to pay. I stood there and both men still carried on their personal conversation as if I wasn't there. I finally said "can I pay for this?" He turned and looked at me like I was bothering him. The only thing missing was an eye roll. He never stopped having his personal conversation while I paid. If this is your service I will never go back to your store for any of my needs.

Luiza would work extra hard to take any song they requested and transpose it to something that was at their level. The piano is now a part of my son's identity. He loves it! He loves playing it!
