Next day I came again to confirm appointment, price and that they understood exactly what I need. Eventually when I came at the day and time of appointment, brough the new rims and set of winter tires on old rims, that woman (reseptionist) said that it's double job for them. I said back to her that she and her fellow worker were told twice what I need to be on the same page and they confirmed at that time that they got it. Very dissapointed. Right away I came to the next door auto service and they did everything I needed within 20 minutes for $150 which is a very disent price for that. Will never consider this shop to get the service.

After an exhaustive search in the interior of the province we decided to confer with shops on the coast. We came across A-pro Auto & after seeing so many happy customer views we decided to make an appointment with Levi and he assured me they can remove the carbon debris with a method of blasting the carbon with walnut shells which is what I had been searching for. I was offered drinks and or coffee (self serve) and if I wanted a valet service. The engine began to smoke, and the car started jerking. Additionally, I was informed that I had to pay $50 for the car inspection. The inspection was conducted unprofessionally. Important checks, such as measuring the oil level and diagnosing the check engine code, were not performed. A very critical issue causing the oil leak was not identified, but there were notes about minor issues instead. For example, I was advised to replace perfectly functional windshield wipers. In total, the repair estimate was $7,500. The prices were inflated. My car is old and, at best, worth half that amount.
