She is diligent in following up and making arrangements that work for the client. That's worth 5 stars if not more. Now to the deep stuff, literally. Set up was quick and completely comfortable as she gave me space to change and then relax onto the massage table. Personally, the level of massage dictates how much I talk during. Amanda is so easy to talk to, and we found quite a bit in common, but that still didn't stop me from really shedding the stress. Amanda let me relax to the music and worked full body & specific areas to the perfect degree of pressure. Amanda is very attuned to individual bodywork which was exemplified as she worked certain areas I had never felt, and then concentrated on specific tension areas to release them. What you should know: set up/take down takes very little time. She is knowledgable about the local area and happy to recommend places while she unpacks/packs. Home, lodge, camp site...I think she can set up anywhere and make it work. Her fee is reasonable for this area, but more so for the work she does in the hour she has. I paid in cash which was easier for all parties to avoid credit card payments over phones etc. Amanda will follow up with you, but also stay flexible. Great business and wonderful massage therapist. Long story short, the website was not super user friendly, but I was able to reach someone who was super helpful and helped me reschedule. A few days later I got a massage from Katy N. She was fantastic! She addressed all my needs, the price was very reasonable, and I left feeling much better. I suggest Katy N for any of your aches and pains. She was friendly, professional and really knew how to work out my tight shoulder muscles.

While you may claim you are an "intimate" boutique spa. Your service did not provide any level of intimate personal experience. Your employees should have the answers to basic questions/ needs of a spa. Lotion is a basic essential.

She had the audacity to place her phone on my lower pack and continue to text!! How disrespectful can you be? At this point I confronted her and told her to take her phone off my back. I was so frustrated that I was more tense than I came in. It didn't take long after that to feel her go back to her phone. Unbelievable. When it was finally over I knew I would not be leaving at tip for the first time in my life. I was astonished to be charged $120 for a 60 minute fake massage when her website states $90! My wife called the place after and canceled our 2 other appointments and told the owner who chalked it up to a new masseuse and said she'd look at her prices online. Awful
