I was introduced to, and treated on a weekly basis by Kate this summer when my regular massage…read moretherapist was initially unable to see me due to the Covid. Kate is a professional, meticulous and detail oriented massage therapist. She is also an exceptional and patient listener who asks pertinent follow up questions in order to come up with a plan of treatment. Another amazing thing about Kate is her ability to address every issue in any given session. I will tell you from extensive experience receiving massage therapy through the years that there are times you get off the table feeling something was "left out" in order to focus on the more pressing issues of the day - amazingly this never happens with Kate! I don't know how she does that but am very appreciative. I would recommend Kate without hesitation.

I'd been having neck and shoulder soreness for weeks, and after our session, I felt 10x better. It can be tough to find a massage therapist who really makes a difference, and Kate delivers. The atmosphere of her spa is beautiful and welcoming and upon entering I could already feel my tensions being released. Jenn is amazing with magic hands, healing vibes, and super professional. I was very pleased with her skills and communication with me as a client. In my case the massages have been more therapeutic in nature rather than a relaxing type of massage as I brought with me several debilitating issues (back, plantar fasciitis, IT band). Danielle took the time to understand my history and symptoms as well as the severity of each and then helped prioritize treatment. Not only has she been tenacious in her pursuit of my sore and tight muscles but she has also made many excellent suggestions for me to continue improving on my own between visits. Today, I was able to take my first short hike and had no pain upon return - thanks in very large part to Danielle.

I've been coming here since they opened. Over the first 2 years the service was fantastic and they…read moredid a great job of hosting you. In the float pod rooms they had multiple soft towels, ear plugs, everything for a shower including q-tips, make up remover, and everything was in great shape. They even had a room where you could blow dry your hair, do make up and otherwise get ready after the float. (Blow dryers, lotion and even disposable combs provided). They sold a couple of years ago and it's gone down hill. The showers all need to be cleaned (lime scale on the shower heads, dingy looking), they don't stock the rooms the same, towels are scratchy and you only get one. The biggest bummer for me is they got rid of the room where you could finish getting ready. I was counting on that the last time I went, this past week, and they have turned it into a sauna so I was left running around with wet hair in 20 degree weather. (I live 30 min outside of town so I was left running errands with wet hair). The pods are also seeing some wear. The speakers don't work as well (really warped sounding) and they no longer ease you out of your float by slowly turning binaural beats on but instead blast them with light at the same time. Not a great experience any more, sadly. They also seem more interested in the latest "fat blasting" technology instead of focusing on the float tanks like they used to. Every couple of months they are announcing some new sculpting system or electronic device to remove fat. ‍
