From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. She seemed irritated to even be doing her job, offered no greeting or eye contact, and was visibly annoyed when I asked a simple question about my appointment. Customer service should be a top priority, especially at the front desk where first impressions are made--and unfortunately, she completely failed in that regard. No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for showing up. Based on her behavior alone, I seriously reconsidered whether I wanted to go through with my service. If this is the kind of treatment customers can expect, I won't be returning. Someone with that attitude should not be the face of any business.

In the meantime I purchased a home red light unit to try out on my own. Decent results, so a couple months ago I called the clinic to ask when the package I purchased would expire. The clinic staff told me I had until November 1st to use what I'd purchased. I scheduled 2 visits with a cheery, helpful gal ~ one for today, one for Oct. 31st. This morning Danielle (office mgr) called me to say that the package I purchased expired 5 days ago and they were not going to honor them. Received cancelation texts following her phone call. Really?
