The building, apartment, parking garage, bbq, pool, gym, security, location to freeway, bart, even the staff all amazing. my one complaint would be the noise from the freeway, cant sleep with my windows open, oh and the people above me walk around with bricks on their feet but I guess thats apartment living. beautiful building, apartment and staff. would recommend if you can deal with some noise read more

Living at Avalon Dublin Station is great. We have lived here for almost a year and the experience continues to be an excellent one. The building is new and built well; we rarely hear any of our neighbors. The apartment layout we choose is perfect for us and the kitchen is wonderful. As much as I love our apartment, it is the staff at Avalon that truly makes the experience of living here excellent. The leasing office folks are, without fail, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Our Manager, Nick goes above and beyond when assistance is needed and always with a smile. The grounds here are also great - the gym is fabulous, the heated pool a plus and the BBQ area is alway clean and inviting with umbrellas, chairs and a fountain. It is a great place to relax. We are currently renewing our lease and are excited about being in our wonderful apartment here another year (at least). I absolutely recommend living here. We love it. read more

As if they don't charge enough for rent, when I moved out I got a call saying I owed them $700+ for "apartment cleaning". This is after my security deposit was applied, and I even opted in for the clean sweep. Complete joke of an operation. read more

This place is brand new and basically, you feel like you live in a hotel because everything is inside. However, they have literally no availability... Their prices are VERY high, even for this high-end area. They do not have waiting lists for below market housing. I wish I could live here because it's so nice, but geez for the price of a 1 bedroom, 1 bath of over $2,000, you can afford a 5 bedroom house with a pool in Mountain House, CA. read more

This apartment is my first experience applying and moving into an apartment complex and the experience has been great so far. The staff, gym, pool, and grill area are huge pluses and the fact that everything is so close; BART, Whole foods and the freeway. The staff is very professional and every maintenance request and question was taken care of and answered very promptly. Katherine Sinclair, is awesome and so kind! I would love to continue to live here and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone! If I had one bad thing to say; it would be about the parking garage, which gets full very quickly. read more

Antonio Garcia, Henry, and Kenny are some of the hardest working maintenance men I have ever known. They work hard every day to make our living here in Dublin very pleasant. If i thought this place couldnt get better i was wrong. Going through personal issues had a lot to deal with in changing my lease and Erica helped out so much i was amazed and grateful. Ive lived in plenty of places where they dont work with and help you. Erica made me feel like the only tenant here through out all the paperwork! I really enjoyed my stay at Avalon. What I loved most about the apartment is the Kitchen. Its really modern and big and has a lot of storage space. In addition, the residents are nice and friendly. In my experience with the office staff, I found only the guy (Nick I think) to be very helpful. The only cons I can think of about the apartment is the loud noise that comes from the pool area made by certain groups of people. Coming home after a long day at work, the last thing you would want is to hear loud discussion and music (mind you I stayed on the 4th floor). read more

Really nice location for commuting to SF. Swimming pool, gym and BBQ area are all ready to use. Cross the street to Bart station and all buses. The only thing is the construction around the buildings. A little bit noisy. Everything else is great, they have great stuff in the office. read more

Okay! So lets start from the beginning. I used to love Avalon in fact I currently live at the old Avalon next door which is now called Eclipse or whatever. Before the new company took over Avalon failed to notify its current residents that they were leaving and none of the old employees would be their anymore, they stopped all services for trash and maintaining the property altogether. You know why? the entire time they knew they were building a phase two next door and selling off the dump they created before they left it onto someone else. Avalon employees continued to lie and tell there residents that they would be able to use the gym next door, the pool, they could transfer to the new one and more. Fast forward to today I attempted to use my key card for the new gym and it didn't work! I go back to my apartment and was told "sorry your probably not gong to be able to use the gym next door since we are now two different communities" thanks Avalon for making me look like an idiot and I'm sure other residents have tried as well. Also Avalon attempted to call and recruit me to come over to the new property! I guess they are that desperate to get business that they are trying to steal there current competitions residents! NO LOYALTY AT ALL TO US Wow Avalon you have nerves to freaking call me after you just dumped your current place without saying anything! Go to HELL! I will never live at another Avalon community. I have no animosity to the current staff EXCEPT the girl who called me to leave my current place to go over to theirs. I have toured the community and it is nice but the floor plans are exactly the same as where I live now. The only difference between the two is that one is new and the other is either 6-7 years old which is still really new. When I toured the community it was nice but not nice enough for me to leave where I live now knowing what I know about Avalon. BEWARE OF AVALON COMMUNITIES!!! If I had a choice of where I live now and Avalon directly next door I would chose Eclipse. In the beginning they struggled with the residents but I'm sure its because Avalon wanted them to fail and steal their business. Now that its been almost a year Eclipse has definitely showed that they are better than Avalon. They keep the trash taken care of, maintenance is done timely and the residents seem more at ease with the new manager Todd.To be honest my lease is coming up for renewal and I will not be renewing where I currently live. NOT because of the staff at Eclipse, they have made big changes for the better of the community and keep it cleaning than Avalon has ever done but I will be moving to Connolly Station because of Mary. CONNOLLY STATION APARTMENTS! They are unique, different and the staff seems very honest especially Mary. She toured me around and gave me all the details I needed to know this week to make a positive decision. She made my day and made Connolly feel like home just during the tour and I cant wait to see what they have in store for the residents. read more

I have lived here for almost one year now so I thought it would be a good time to update my review. When I wrote my review I did not live here yet, but the way I was treated through the leasing process pretty much showed me how my stay here was going to be. This community is the best. We love our apartment ,we love our view and we love the centralized location. Everything in the Bay Area is close to Dublin. I don't think you could get any closer to a Bart station if you tried. I don't even commute on Bart but I love that option. What really makes it an outstanding community is the staff. From the community manager Nick (truly a great guy) , the leasing staff and all the maintenance people , they are all great. If you have any kind of problem they are on it. Quick and efficient.People complained that the pool was too cold and not heated, so they figured out a way to heat it and now it seems perfect. The gym is amazing. It is like a health club. Free weights,weight machines, aerobic area, tons of ellipticals and treadmills (no waiting ever) if you live here you might as well cancel that gym membership, because you will not need it. If you look at any of the negative reviews about this community you will notice that they all revolve around the non-permanent resident SAP people. I was never effected by that because I live in a different part of the building. But nonetheless that problem has been solved. They aren't here anymore. Another example of the staff listening to the community. There is also a negative review from a guy who doesn't even live here and never has. We love Avalon Dublin Station and until we buy a home, this we will be our home. Top notch all the way around. read more

Avalon Dublin Station is a fantastic community and tenants are lucky to have a management and staff that are as responsive and attentive to detail as they enjoy here. Any time there is a small maintenance issue it is handled quickly and done the right way. Packages are held and tenants are notified immediately. Tenant complaints are taken seriously, and management has gone out of its way on multiple occasions to make things right. My family and I have lived here for over three years. I've written a review on here about a year ago and want to write a new updated one. We love a lot of things about this apartment complex. First, we love that we have everything within walking distance from a movie theater, restaurant, and most importantly Whole Foods! The new staff is even friendlier than the ones before we moved in. Katie is probably one of the nicest person you will ever meet and PJ is just one of those guys you can have a conversation about anything. Julio, Maintainance, always has a smile and very friendly. Kenneth Jones, Maintanance, is someone who I see do just about everything in this complex! I would have given this apartment complex a 5 star, but the parking garage is something that my family and I are terrified of. I have 2 small children, 4 and 8, and walking in the garage could be scary at times. There are many tenants that drive through the garage as if they were driving out on a regular street. We've had two instances in which we were almost hit by a car. One driver never even bothered to slow down and just kept driving. I understand that driving through the garage at times seem like it will never end because we live on the 4th floor, but it should not be a reason to speed. read more

I have to say first living here was great! But getting a $300+ rent increase is awful! Really, Avalon? You don't appreciate the ones that first brought you business and filled your vacant apartments. Now building phase 2 you want to push out those at lower rents so you can charge more and more! That's ridiculous! Just because there is a shopping center and BART nearby does not make this apartment worth $2300! Who the hell makes that kind of money and wants to listen to dogs barking at all hours, everyone's conversation at the pool, the screaming children and need I say more? Yes I will, those damn garage doors to the entry of the community that everyone ignores the alarms that go off? Yes residents that live here don't even pay attention to the notification that an alarm will sound off! How annoying! Not mention the on site staff. Rude and unfriendly! I submitted information for lease renewal and two weeks later oh wait we need more information in order to approve you. Please keep giving us all access to your financial information in order to make sure you are the type of tenant we want living here, meanwhile let the college kids throw parties at all hours. The staff on site is ever changing and non of the original staff are even there, except for maybe the property manager. Don't get me started on the person named Negerta! Never can understand a word she says, her messages and emails come across rude and unfriendly. Why anyone would want to renew their lease here is crazy! I expected more from an Avalon community whom I have rented from numerous times in the past and kept with until now. Goodbye Avalon, guess you'll be selling this community soon too, just like the rest of the communities you build from BART parking lots. read more

I moved in to Avalon Dublin Station in January and was one of the first people to move into this delightful community. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff here especially NICK he is AMAZING he is above and beyond wonderful and has made me feel so welcome and I love my new Home. The rest of the staff and the maintenance team is also wonderful they are always there to meet your needs and do everything possible to ensure your happiness at your new Home. Nick is not only an incredible asset to the Avalon Communities Company but he is also overall a genuinely great person who truly is passionate about his job and dedicated to his work and ensuring the happiness of all the residents in the community. I am always constantly running into him seeing him constantly improving the complex and always smiling and genuinely friendly and care about the residents in our community. It is very rare to have his great qualities and I am very lucky to have him as our community manager in addition to his wonderful staff. Besides the people this is a gorgeous and brand new community which includes everything you need and want in a home and much more. It is very modern and upscale and certainly Luxury Style and Resort Living and is also close to everything and very safe and quiet. The gym is Amazing and the pool is brand new and will be ready in a week by April! Super excited for that and just in time for SUMMER! I love living here and I recommend it to all my friends and family. I've lived in three other Avalon Communities and several other Apartment communities which are also brand new and luxury style living and this is by far the BEST.
