Look at the car with a flashlight. Ok I sign the papers and I'm told it will be delivered tomorrow. O boy I get up early. No car I text and I'm told 3pm . At least I have a time. Well 3 pm comes and goes. Every time I hear a car I jump up , just a car going by. Now it's dark and I get a text I'm going to leave the keys in the car and you can come tomorrow (Sunday) and pick it up. A multi million dollar company and no courtesy car to come and get me. You do the math. I'll be taking my trade in somewhere else. What a shame.

Here's the actual price. Over 6700. That's about 49% increase. When I called them on it they blamed it on cars.com and said they have no control over that. However that is not accurate. They do control it and can have it changed. As a matter of fact they already have it changed. So they don't control it but when I called them on it for false advertising after we had already been in there and test drive it once and came back 4 days later still same price no updates and now that we want to buy magically the price is not right. Did the manager come out to say sorry...no. Did the manager offer anything to compensate for the issue as a good will gesture....no. In my opinion this was a calculated choice or a best a mistake that someone needed to own up too. 1000 of that is doc fee. And let's be honest it at most cost them 60 to do all the paperwork and documents the rest is hidden profits for the dealers. I am reporting to BBB and who ever else will listen.

It was easy to see, but their diagnostic machine could not find it due to a different issue. The light bulb socket had developed a short. They did not have the part in stock so it required a second visit. On the plus side, they did find and fix a burnt out rear turn signal. Total time the first visit 3 hours. The second visit required 45 minutes. Please be advised, the office clerk on duty needed more training. He had a very hard time getting the system to process my service required and bill me for the part and time. Total cost $230. Quit high for two lights

They cut through the typical back-and-forth negotiations and were very upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, including with the Carfax and vehicle history. This was our first time at Frontier, but after talking with other customers who had purchased there multiple times, I can see why people come back. We definitely will too. Don't trust frontier motors of Pensacola especially the salesman Ron…read more We were shopping for cars in Florida even though we are from the northeast because we wanted to get a car that was not rusty. So, we put a lot of trust in Ron to help us pick the right vehicle. We were particularly concerned with whether the car sustained any mechanical damage from the front and fender bender that it was in. He repeatedly reassured us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the engine and that it was merely bodywork. Hundreds of miles and dollars later, we arrived at frontier motors and within the first few minutes of our test drive found paperwork showing that the car had had the transmission replaced, and that mechanical damage was sustained during the accident. When we confronted Ron about this, he threw a childish tantrum. We talked to the manager, and he was unwilling to admit his wrong or to make it right for tricking us into traveling hundreds of miles for a dud car. These people are scammers even though they pretend that they are good business people. Don't trust them.
