There was no wait at all, which is pretty rare in Breckenridge, especially during ski season. We got seated right away and everything felt easy from the start. One thing we really appreciated was how cool he was about the menu. My son wanted to order off the kids menu and Trevor had no issue with it at all. The food also came out really fast and everything we got was solid. Trevor kept checking in at the perfect times and made sure our waters stayed full without being annoying about it. He also talked with us about skiing and the conditions around Breckenridge, which was cool because we had just been out on the mountain. It felt like talking to someone who actually enjoys the town and the people coming through. The best part was honestly after we left. We accidentally forgot something at the table and didn't realize until we were already outside. When we came back, Trevor was literally waiting with it ready to give it back to us. From the moment you're walking up to the place it calls your attention cause its located in the historic Gold Pan Saloon. And the decor inside follows that rustic saloon winery vibes with barrel decors and a crazy ceiling design. They have a great bar area for tastings or a glass of wine as well.
