She was really kind and validated how hard it is to get diagnosed and treated for my condition (which my previous providers completely missed). Aside from asking a bunch of qualifying questions trying to understand where we needed to start, she also talked to me about my overall goals and what I'd like to be able to do. She also took into account my sensory disabilities, which was perceptive and kind. I'm excited about continuing with her and confident in her competence and grateful for her kindness.

Ellie and Justin apply the latest techniques that help you recover fast! I would drive over and hour for my appointments and it was worth it. They spend the time with you and give you the home exercises that have really made a difference in my recovery. I discovered the clinic back in January 2019. I was staying in Breckenridge and got a case of vertigo and Ellie got me right in and I was up and functioning in an hour. I continued to go to Ellie and Justin for my neck, shoulder and hip pain. The neck and shoulder pain is gone. Regarding the hip, I'm having reconstruction surgery later this month and they have already connected with my doctor to figure out what my rehab needs are. I also like that they take my insurance and they want me to save my visits for my post surgery. I'm doing the recommend home exercises to get ready for it.

Dave evaluated my shoulder and neck, and developed a treatment plan. With office visits and home exercises to increase flexibility and strength, the pain has decreased, and daily tasks are easier. Dave has experience with a variety of health problems. Most recently, my husband fell from a ladder landing on his elbow. After some physical therapy, the doctor said surgery wouldn't help improve the limited movement and flexibility. Knowing what other patients have experienced, Dave suggested my husband get a second opinion. The second doctor recommended surgery. With physical therapy and home exercises (provided by Dave) my husband has regained flexibility, coordination and strength in his elbow. I have seen Dave communicate with patients from students to the elderly. He interacted professionally and respectfully with each. He is personable, listens, and is easy to talk to, a perfect combination to communicate health needs.

Unless you've met your deductible, they will bill you some ridiculous amount after you've gone for several visits. They claim "it's common practice" to not tell customers how much the service costs until after the service is complete. How is this not criminal?? The whole medical profession has become corrupt -- legally. Where is the State?? As for the service? They charged $420 for my first visit (reduced by a deal with my insurance carrier) for 35 minutes with a physical therapist -- the other 25 minutes I was left alone with a heat pack. Criminal.

After PT didn't help, I had surgery and was surprised with a $600 bill from PT. On my last day of PT I triple checked with front desk that I was all paid up and wouldn't be getting billed for anything. Kylie assured me I was all paid. Imagine my surprise when I owed 100% of what I had already paid. I would have never agreed to PT twice a week if I knew it was $60 a visit. Apparently, this is a mistake from management that has happened before (see previous review). If you have bright health be aware of this problem. And to top it off, Kylie at the front desk was rude and even laughed at me (and offered no apology). I paid the bill but want others to be made aware of this problem. I must add: Emma and Erika are both good at their jobs. This is not a review reflecting their services.
