I have 6 holes that they drilled and filled with grey color grout that does not match my beige colored concrete and in the process they chipped off a piece of one of my concrete slabs that they came out and poorly patched up which has already cracked. Whole job looks poor and unsatisfactory. I attempted to contact the company to resolve but they are ignoring me. Filing a dispute with cc company and leaving negative reviews to warn others. The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! When questioned about this the owner Dennis gave some BS story that a cut on the sheeting constitutes a sheet. So I said you did 22 cuts on 4 sheets? He evaded the question. $7000 for a roof that is crap. I've had to call Archway back 3 times in five years for crappy work they did to be repaired. My only recourse now is to sue them for over charging materials and shoddy workmanship.

We sent out an email to ask for an estimate and it was super easy to have them come by to take a look since they just needed to see the driveway and we did not even need to be home. The guys came out to take a look and then let us know the cost and their recommendation(s). On the morning of Matt and Gator coming out to start their job, they were super friendly and were able to easily get to work. I talked with them for a bit to ask about the process and to make sure I could get my car out of the garage without messing up their work. They assured me it would be fine since the work they are doing would easily dry. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done. I even asked for them to check out the garage floor and they offered to fill the crack(s) since there weren't many additional problems they could see. Once they finished, we also talked a little about having them come back to caulk the driveway a bit just to make sure it was stable. They gave us a quick quote and later that week, we scheduled for them to come back! Such a great company to work with and everyone we interacted with was friendly and they did a great job with lifting the driveway and sealing cracks just like we asked. We are really happy with the crew at Genuine Lawn Care! When we moved into our home, we were in…read moreneed of a retaining wall and our yard needed some TLC. After some research, we felt good about calling Terry and the crew and scheduled them to come out for a quote. When we met with Terry to get his vision for a retaining wall; he was friendly and knew what we wanted from the start. He was able to match the brick work that was already pre-existing in the back of our house; which was a plus! Terry and his crew scheduled a time to come out to work on the wall; and they made it look awesome! They made sure to include drainage areas and the tiered looks is just what we wanted for the steep incline in our yard. Not only do we use GLC for our retaining wall, we also use them to treat our yard and do most of the yard work. When we first moved in, our yard was filled with mostly weeds and we had a "grub" problem. Well, with their help, our yard is looking better and the grass is actually green and well taken care of! They do all sorts of treatment throughout the year for us at a decent rate and we are so lucky to have them come out to mow the lawn too! When the crew arrives for lawn service, they get things done pretty quickly and always make sure to clean up after themselves. Overall, we will continue to use GLC and are happy to recommend this company to anyone! We have only had positive experiences with them right from the start.
