Dishonest employees/managers. 1. All they do is try to up sale you. 2. Beware of their employees as they would alter company's policy. 3. They tend to pick and choose who gets serviced as the company claims. 4. Over priced In Short, I wouldn't suggest supporting the company. Thanks read more

The store is conveniently located near my home and offers a wide selection of devices, accessories and liquids. They allow you to taste the flavors and are consistent with their inventory. KAITLYN S. is by far the main reason I continue to shop there. She's extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She has never steered me wrong and is familiar with my wants and needs-she knows that I'm loyal to the "Lucky Seven" flavor and honestly recommends flavors that I may enjoy. I find it frustrating wasting so much money on flavors that I don't like or use. Kaitlyn has surpassed my expectations and is the sole reason I will remain a loyal customer. She has advised me on replacement devices, tanks and has been of great assistance to my friends that are new to Vaping. read more

In my opinion their e liquids are absolutely terrible unfortunately for me I ordered it through Postmates and didn't get a chance to try it before I bought it. Once I received them I was very disheartened by the scent of the juices alone. I gave one a try and it made my stomach turn. I got seduction, the big easy as well as rise and shine all three seemed to smell and taste like a cheap fragrance that you would put on your body, not tasty like something you'd want to ingest. I went on YouTube to look at the reviews and these were people that were invited to the corporate headquarters and probably given some sort of incentive to review their liquids and even then they gave it a 6 out of 10, in my opinion it's a 2 out of 10, just shy of a juice composed of fecal matter. I was very disappointed when I went to the retail location to find out they could do nothing to mediate my discontent with the product and didn't seem to even care to understand why. Their only suggestion was to give it away but I would feel like I'm insulting the recipient by even offering it up! that's how bad it was, seriously. My suggestion would be to definitely take heed to my warning and don't buy their e-liquids w/o sampling it first. read more

Great place will most definitely revisit. I have spent way to much money I cheap vapes that do not last but the mod tank and mouth piece are so durable I have dropped the entire vape 4 times and the worst of the drops ( off the roof of my car) only left the smallest of scratches. Lol that was without the case. I also purchased some of the tastiest juice and in my opinion some of the cleanest from once of the nice sales manager. Not even just the clerk the boss himself came to me and helped me build my ideal juice mod tank and case. Heyy Yelpers! So I went into Avail with my friend referred by my sister and her boyfriend. We were greeted by George and he was extremely helpful! He informed us about the $1.00 lifetime membership to try new flavors in the store. So of course we obliged. As we walked around the store trying flavors (using the flavor guides he gave us) he answered all of questions. Once we picked out our desired vaporizers, he also informed us of the special deals available for juices and showed us step by step how to load and reload them. So thank you George for all your help! I am so glad they opened an Avail store in Potomac Yards. Not far at all from downtown D.C. This place is like my second home lol. Avail Vapor has the best juices out there! They use natural ingredients so it feels good not to worry about that.
