As a reward for living a long time, my hearing has diminished. Based on a hearing test, hearing…read moreaids were becoming a necessity. I went to AudioNova on the advice of my primary care doctor. I'm glad I did. The care I received in this office was outstanding. Friendly office staff and an excellent technician, who really knows her stuff, led me to choose the Phonak Infiniti model. The technician spent a lot of time reviewing options before we chose this model. She told me about the previous model and the improvements they made with this release. Even though I could have gotten the previous model for no out of pocket, I chose the current model, with a new chip, for a reasonable out of pocket price. The result has been great. The hearing aids are virtually invisible, Bluetooth enabled, charge on my nightstand (no batteries!) and have really helped my hearing. TV volume is down, my reliance on subtitles is greatly diminished, my hearing in crowded places is enhanced and, on my daily walks, I've noticed I pick up what passers by are actually saying, not a garbled mess. AudioNova seems to take after the sale service seriously. I had a follow up to fine-tune sound amplification, I'm tasked with bringing them in every four months for cleaning and the office has a daily drop-in hour for questions, adjustments and the like. I can heartily recommend AudioNova if you, like me, want to enhance your audio acuity.

Hands down the best hearing aid clinic. Service is the best in town without question.read more

From the moment we walked into his office, I was greeted with warmth and kindness, making me feel at ease during a potentially stressful time. Dr. Jung was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain every step of the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. His ability to connect with patients on a personal level truly sets him apart. He listened attentively to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. This had been the first surgery for my daughter and within his great sense of humor and ability to connect made this an experience one to mention. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Jung and his team to anyone in need of ENT treatment/surgical care. His expertise and compassionate approach make him an outstanding surgeon! Thank you, Dr. Jung for your dedication and skill.

I was told that this practice wasn't taking any new patients (even on an emergency basis) until January. I asked for the office manager or the receptionist's boss and she proceeded to terminate the phone call. I used no profanity or strong language other than to demand her supervisor and ask her why she would turn away a surgical opportunity worth potentially thousands of dollars. I was told by Providence on Tuesday evening that they couldn't find a local provider and I was turned away when I mentioned that my insurance was a private provider through Medicare. It's too bad that local patients (and money) still have to go to Seattle to be seen for an already diagnosed problem.
