BSafe was excellent as Delaware Electric Signal. But bought…read moreby BSafe, and now bought again by Pye-Barker Fire & Safety Company. Now they are AWFUL!! We have a large B Safe system. Very unreliable. Calls Fire Dept on its own, and seeing fire trucks at your house is quite a thrill. Especially when there is no fire. And the system goes berserk, shrill alarms throughout the house, and no way to shut it off. It went off when the only people there were our dog sitter and panicked dog. Monitoring response was tough luck, call this number. That response was the guy who knows how to shut it off is off today! And this system was always on service contract, annual maintenance, etc. and lots of other problems, too many to list here. Currently a local neighbourhood handy person got the system ripped out by the roots to get it to stop. We are now evaluating much higher alarm companies to replace the system and monitoring.
