Thank God there was another sales person that was very sweet and kind look at the computer and gave me the right size. I told him what was wrong with the Mexican young person that he was so rude and mean and he said I will let the manager know. So th Mexican guys told the white sales person just giver the right size and we would put it like defect. Auto zone is loosing merchandise if the Mexican guy would had look right and had given me the right size he was too cocky that he made a mistake and the store is loosing merchandise. Ended up having to call the cops after an extremely rude and demeaning interaction with the workers towards not only me but my parents as well. But after having them perform a couple of extensive repairs on my Acura, I TOO have become a fan (and also now understand that one other reviewer and how he was 'sad' when he moved out of the area and couldn't use Frank's Auto anymore!) Keith is about the nicest guy you can run into. He is very responsive to your questions and clearly knows his stuff. When he can't answer your phone call (again, he himself is in the shop working), he calls back pretty quickly. He has finished the repairs in the time span originally noted. Dealer refused to repair under Ford 36000/bumper to bumper warranty saying Ford refused to consider problem caused by manufacrurer. Horrible experience. Unfriendly! I looked at plastic using loupe and saw that it appeared to have dirt/dust behind clear plastic and could have only happened during manufacturing of the vehicle. Took Escape to Packey Webb Service Dept weeks later They totally agreed it was a manufacturer defect and non "previous owner used a solvent to clean plastic that protects gauge cluster. Never take a vehicle to Haggerty Ford again. It's close to home but it seems they are looking for reasons not to repair cars still under mfg warranty. Go to Packey Webb. Much friendlier and professional. I could go on and on about how Haggerty sucks but I'll spare you. Maybe sales better but service horrible!!!!!
