Noticed AutoZone on the left side went to go all the way over to the turnaround and she stopped running in the middle of the turnaround. Figures it's the first snowfall and I've got flips on :-) Put my flashers on waived the cars around me and then open My Hood. Checked my reservoir and I had absolutely zero fluid. Ironically refilled it the other day because I noticed the temperature was going down. I had two bottles of water in my car they called AutoZone just to check and see if I could pour it into the reservoir without cracking the block. Michelle who answered the phone at AutoZone didn't recommend it based on the 32 degrees temperature outside. She asked me where I was located and I informed her I was about a half a mile down the road. About 20 minutes later a pickup truck pulled in behind me and I was waiting him around when he got out and it was Louay from the AutoZone. He brought a a gallon of antifreeze for my reservoir. After a few minutes of waiting I started the car and she started. Completed the turnaround and drove over to AutoZone to pay them for the antifreeze coolant. Definitely will be sending kudos to AutoZone corporate. I didn't request assistance Michelle said she was worried because it was cold and I was stuck in the middle of a big beaver. Can we say exemplary customer service !!there off the charts!!. Time to pay it forward :-)

Its ok mistakes happen. Called the store and they went into action to assist and rectify things WITHIN MINUTES ALL WITHOUTH THE CAR LEAVING THE HOIST! Seriously.....WOW!!!!!! Speaking with Mike Achenza, he quantified my problem, found the correct part, and after a few very short moments on hold had approval from the store manager Charlie to have the part run up to the repair shop I was using.....no extra charge! Moments later, in walks Maars, a younger associate that was articulate, gracious, and courteous....ONE OF THE MOST POLISHED ASSOCIATES IN ALL MY YEARS PATRONIZING ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!!!!!! When I brought it in the older white haired man said it was fine and complained that if I had a good battery and he tried returning it they would ask him why. Moving forward about six weeks I went to N & N auto service. Thinking it must be another problem he put the battery tester on there and said no it was the battery. So at this point I proceed back to Auto Value parts store but this time talking to Don Rossi, he was extremely honest and helpful and was quite upset with the gentleman that originally help me for turning me away with a bad battery. Because of the service I received today from Don I will leave a five star. But if you go in and there's an older gentleman with white hair and usually a red shirt do not trust his advice. In fact I would recommend the gentleman that served me the first time actually be fired he does not do justice to the name of this place.
