Pure Flow Air Dog

Pure Flow Air Dog

Recently purchased an airdog II 4G for my 7.3 Ford. I was reading some conflicting information in…read morechanging the sump pump as well... I searched the forums and could not find a definitive answer. So; I picked up the phone and called the company. Was directly connected with CJ in the tech department...he was very helpful and answered all my questions. This is customer service! I am a life long customer as long as they keep this up! What a great company to give you direct support with real technicians who know what they are talking about. I really appreciated speaking with a real person. Keep up the good work.

This product is might preform as it has stated, however installation is TERRIBLE. I'm a…read moremechanically inclined individual with good tool and a lot of patients. I will outline the problems: 1) I was lied too. I was told it was a 30 min installation. In reality it was 5-8 hours for an experienced mechanic. I have been working on installing mine for 2 days now, and its not yet complete. 2) They don't tell you that you have to hook up their fuel lines directly to the top of the tank which requires you too drop the tank or lift the bed off the truck. MAJOR WORK. 3) They provide tech support, but when they can't answer your questions, they refuse your calls. 4) The parts they supply don't give you the easiest installation or the best soulution. Only the cheapest way to provide a product. 5)You have to purchase a "jiffy tool" for disconnecting the fuel line. They tell you it can be purchased at any auto shop. This tool SHOULD be provided in the kit, as the price ranges from $10-$99 and I still have not found one that actually will remove the fittings from the tank easy, even with the tank dropped. In review, I would not recommend this product, and it had bad reviews on their website and it's the worst installl I can imagine. There are way better ways to hook up a fuel system... like... unbolt the factory and insert the new one. I can't recommend any other as I have not had any experience with them, but I would not buy an pureflow-airdog system unless you have your truck torn apart already and have lots of time and patience. Or.. pay the money to have it professionally installed.. which will easily double the cost of this unit.

First, I would like to start by saying that I have never met a nicer auto group! I went to…read moreShelbyville from the NE side of Indianapolis looking for a particular type of car and Scott was more than helpful. He had the car transferred to his store and ready for me, was so helpful in getting the vehicle's history, was completely honest, and so nice! This was really refreshing for me after visiting a ton of NE car dealerships that are just out to burn a hole in your pocket and nothing more. Even the manager was unmistakingly genuine and kind. They helped me get exactly what I was looking for and I am very grateful! I would also like to note that the below comment was meant for the Greensburg location, not Shelbyville. I don't doubt their comments aren't true, I just wouldn't want that to steer anyone away from the amazing crew in Shelbyville!

This place is extremely deceiving. I purchased an Explorer there just under a year ago. I'm not…read moregoing to carry this out and write a page long story about it..but know this...I took it to a mechanic and he said the truck should have NEVER been put up for sell..and that ACRA HAD to deliberately "rig" and "hide" things to make the truck presentable. After asking him what he meant..he went on by showing me all the stuff that was causing my truck to run like shit. In under one year..this truck has cost me a little over 3,000 worth of work..and it still needs a lot done to it. Also..when I test drove the truck..It smelled like a dirty dog. They said they were going to clean it. It seemed fine when I went to pick it up. But..the next day..when I went out to the truck and opened the door..it smelled like that dirty dog again. They is an extra row of seats that you can lift up in the back..and my dumbass failed to check that area before I purchased the truck. When I lifted the seat up..dog hair EVERYWHERE. So..I go to clean the truck out..and what do I find..hair and debris everywhere. They NEVER cleaned the truck out..they just hid these scented pads underneath my seats for a temporary cover up. The front windshield they replaced right before I bought it..yeah..it leaks. One of the windows is off track. The mechanic I took it to said it still needs a lot of money put into it and he recommend I trade it in..because the money that needs to be put in it..is not worth the truck itself. The catalytic converter..FRIED. Alarm..faulty. Transmission..ready to blow. Brakes = Shit. O2 Sensors - BAD. When I spoke to the manager of ACRA..he was rude and short about the situation. IT'S GOING TO BE A VERY RISKY GAMBLE IF YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!
