Went to the Auto Zone in Seabrook for the first time to purchase new headlights for my car. Apparently the location has changed and is now close to the roundabout. A guy named Justin helped me get the appropriate headlights for my car, and he even helped me with the installation. Thank you so much! I went in there to get the battery in my car remote replaced. I was told they don't do that (a coworker of mine just had it done) and was told to "google it". Then, I proceeded to ask which battery it took and was again told to "google it". To make matters worse, the gentleman in line, in front of me, was pointed in the direction of what he was asking for and told "if we have them, they'd be over there". ... Incompetence at its finest!!! ...A BIG THANK YOU to O'Reilly Auto Parts!!! I walked in and they were more than happy to help. I'll go to O'Reilly and spend my money there from now on. read more

Personally I find the employees in this store to be somewhat unfriendly. At times they just don't seem to care. They didn't have what I needed and that was it. "We don't have it" No suggestions about what else I could do to possibly locate it. I've gone in here at least five times. One employee speaks loud and fast which gives the impression he just wants to be done with you. I find employees in other stores to be more friendly and helpful, I'm done going in this Auto Zone read more

Tried to get a replacement alternator which is under warranty but unable to get a replacement due to stripped threads on 2 of the replacement alternators then on the 3rd replacement alternator got a call that the alternator was dropped & broke, the lady in gray shirt, management supposedly if your in gray shirt hung up on me on the phone because I don't want to drive to another Autozone to pick up another alternator, I think it should be the stores responsibility to drive or order another alternator. So after 3 days of waiting I end up going to another store to get a replacement alternator. read more

This autozone is great! As a woman a lot of times auto parts stores don't take me seriously. They are always courteous and helpful here! They will test your battery, starter, ignition and alternator, and read check engine lights for free. They will also charge your battery for free! AND They also have a tool loaning program if you need it! Really a one stop shop. The guys are really helpful. Vaughn was great and installed my battery after i bought it! read more

As someone who has worked customer service I know how the night shift works. You start closing registers and counting tills and balances so that you can get out no later than 15 minutes after the posted closing time. Not ONCE though had I ever turned away a sale. Even if it was cash, I just recounted the register. I wasn't lazy, and I did my job. Tonight I walked into Autozone at 8:50 and was helped by a nice young lady. She showed me the parts I needed so I grabbed what I wanted, and then browsed around for new car accessories and air fresheners. I went to the register to check out and then an older gentleman rang up some grease I did NOT ask for and my other item. I was annoyed because I wasn't going to install the item I had come in for so I didn't need the grease. Then I pulled out my cash. He told me that since they closed at 9 they had closed the register and couldn't take my money. I was done. So I told them to have a nice day and got in my car. The time was 9:02. I will NEVER shop at this autozone again; I won't recommend this location either. Thanks for the customer service. read more

Took time to actually look and find the part verses just telling us they didn't have it like other locations!

Kirk was the associate that began helping us out. The process of getting assistance from Kirk was the most unprofessional I have ever experienced at an autozone before. Kirk made it a point to talk AT us instead of with us throughout this process. We only went in for an alternator and had some questions in regards to diagnosing and replacing the part. While we had came to and from the store 3 times. When we dropped off the battery to get tested my wife had a simple question, only to be cut off by Kirk. He raised his voice as well "AS STATED THE ALTERNATOR..." He failed to even acknowledge the question or try to understand our needs when all we had were simple questions. Instead of offering the free battery charge service we were told to take the battery home to charge it. We wouldn't have taken the battery up had we had the means to charge it. Then when removing the battery instead of offering to take the battery out and bring it inside, we were left out in heat by ourselves and were only given the wrenches necessary to take the battery out. When we came back to pick up the charged battery, we asked for a status update and were told very rudely by Sergio, "Well what does that say right there?" Pointing to a hand written note that only read 100% on the battery. Then again when reinstalling the battery we were never offered to have it done only offered the tools to do it ourselves. All that was expected are the services provided and from Kirk cutting off my wife's valid question to Sergio continuing this dismissive and rude service we left noting we won't ever be returning to any autozone ever again. There is 0 reason to treat customer this way (Being an assistant manager in customer service for 6+ years). This is not the way I treat my customers and I only expect a minimum level of respect and understanding. Neither one of these men, Kirk or Sergio, should ever be facing customers period. To note throughout the process the store was never busy and at times we were the only ones in the store. Making this behavior completely unacceptable. read more

This was one of the very best places to get a battery! I even got a better deal than I would have at Walmart. Customer service was most excellent as well. I called and spoke with a very nice lady to make sure that they had the battery that I needed before I went and a very nice gentleman by the name of Paul installed it for me before I left! I will definitely be back! I was most impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of this auto parts business! read more
